Good food large portions good service. My root beer soda was flat,exchanged it for ice tea much better. P.S.. One for breakfast is Sunday with very disappointed.Our food was called, we sent it back.It's still wasn't right?We spoke to the manager, she was very nice and helpful.They gave us a 50% discount was disappointed in the food this time around

I am a plant manager. About 1 week ahead of time I went and talked the manager James and told him I was looking to get a Thanksgiving meal for our Team on 1st and our team on 2nd shift. James suggested a meal, worked with me on having them all ready at a certain time and packaged, and he even helped me load them into my vehicle. My team was happy and enjoyed the food. Smiles everywhere. I told Kimberly that I made a mistake because I had a vegetarian on my team. She suggested a custom salad and they added it! Great service and delicious food!

My breakfast was terrible. The meal was cold!!! I asked for egg over easy,it was hard cooked. There was very little gravy had to ask for more. The bacon was burnt, the biscuit was dried up. The front doors need to cleaned, where the tables meet the dividers dirty....this is my last time eating there. One good thing my meal was taken off the bill.

Hi, this is my second time coming to Bob Evans since I’ve been here 13 years. Last year I came for the Thanksgiving meal. It was wonderful had a wonderful waitress Allie. on October 14, 2025 we came in not a friendly atmosphere at the front. I asked if Allie was there and they said no and then she told me she doesn’t work here anymore for whatever reason I don’t know but she was a great, , waitress, friendly, welcoming, cherry, helpful the lady or the person at the front desk just asked to and do you want a booth or a table we got a booth the waitress that we got was a young lady probably not very experienced not welcoming not suggestive not friendly, not talkative. I’m sorry to say the meal was good, but not the service as far as the Atmosphere waitresses were walking around not very friendly either not cheery at all. They weren’t friendly or cheery. It would be great if you can suggest to your waitresses that they should be promoting Bob Evans more but we like the food so just wanted to share that with you. I hope that for Thanksgiving, you have better service and Bader better waitresses.

I was there to pick up my food on sunday the 21st and while waiting for my food there was a pregnant girl at the register being rude and cussing back and forth with a manager, I was able to see the name tags of both employees Cassie and Kim. I have witness to much at one restaurant along with the sexually misconduct while another time waiting for my food this place needs new management and more customers service… This needs to be looked at and addressed to HR…..

We are seated quickly. We had a wonderful server, Whitney. She was attentive. Our food came out in a decent amount of time.. it was really good. Coffee was brought around for refills. Prices were so much better than other restaurants. The portion sizes were a lot. I had to bring half home. We will so go back. We were there in a Saturday around 2pm.
