My wife and I were greeted by a nasty hostess or manager earlier today. She had a fit because we asked for a table near the window. Waited 10 minutes and no one came to our table to offer us coffee or take our order. My wife and I got up and left. We just moved into the Sebring area.This was the first and last time I will attempt to eat here. They should take notes from the Lake Wales Bob Evans. Fully staffed, clean, and the nicest wait staff ever. I've ate in many Bob Evans restaurants, Port St Lucie, Spring Hill, Lake Wales, and Palm Coast. My wife and I always had a pleasant dining experience

We really enjoy are local Bob Evan’s in Sebring One of the reason is because we’ve had Leslie as our waitress she is very Personable and she doesn’t mind me asking for weird things like gravy sausage on my turkey dinner Also, a gentleman was walking by and I needed another roll and it happened to be the general manager and he was glad to go get me a roll . They are friendly here and kind and it’s always clean and we love our local Sebring Bob Evans.

Hrs between 10-12p is really busy so if ur in a hurry check the parking lot for number of customers and think accordingly. We got seated pretty quick but it took 45 mins to get our food. This is a kitchen issue and not waiters problem. But it still affects their tip and we saw how hard they were trying to keep up. The breakfast was not great. Omelet was overdone like they left it in the pan too long and finally put in the filling only to cook it more. Toast was burned but it usually is. When u see ur partners meal suck it pretry much ruined the entire meal. My breakfast was more firm than i order. They removed my partners cost for eggs but seriously the coffee was the only thing okay. We noticed other ppl arrive, seated, ordered & get their food and leave so im not sure why our waiter’s orders were taking longer. Its a shame cause this was our go to restaurant for so many meals with family and friends. Just be warned and aware.

Bob Evans is a solid go-to spot for a satisfying meal at a decent price. The food is consistently good, and I've never had a bad experience here. Service is typically friendly and efficient. One of my favorite things on the menu is the biscuits and gravy—comfort food done right! I also appreciate that they offer both sausage links and patties, since sometimes I’m in the mood for one over the other. It’s the little things like that that keep me coming back.

My wife and I went there yesterday for a late lunch and we ordered our meals, she got the pot roast and got rolls with the meal. I got the turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes and got rolls with mine also. I have asked for the small portion meal and it came out with a lot on it but the server assured us that it was the small portion meal but they charged us for the large meal which was basically double. The rolls were another story, mine were so hard and tough that I fought to eat one and my wife's second had a moldy taste although we didn't see any on it. This is not the kind of service I have come to expect from them over the many times I have been there and I hope they can do better as well as rectify this experience.

My wife and I were seated and sat there for over 25 min without a waitress asking what we wanted to drink. I asked for a manager and the Mgr Kim was on the phone for over 15 min. I asked the waitress who's table is this and she first said she didn't know and then she said it was hers. She said she was busy with other people and yet I saw her just walking around and chatting with other employees. She asked if I wanted to speak with the Mgr and I replied No and my wife and I left. As we were walking out the door another couple said they too were waiting for over 15 min and they got up and left. I will not go there again.
Place has gone way down hill. Not impressed. Service was not good. Never once asked to warm up our coffee.
