My wife and I were seated and sat there for over 25 min without a waitress asking what we wanted to drink. I asked for a manager and the Mgr Kim was on the phone for over 15 min. I asked the waitress who's table is this and she first said she didn't know and then she said it was hers. She said she was busy with other people and yet I saw her just walking around and chatting with other employees. She asked if I wanted to speak with the Mgr and I replied No and my wife and I left. As we were walking out the door another couple said they
too were waiting for over 15 min and they got up and left. I will not go there again.

Place has gone way down hill. Not impressed. Service was not good. Never once asked to warm up our coffee.

We haven't been here in several years. Nothing has changed since our last time. Food was pretty good especially the pot roast sandwich. The omelette was delicious.

Avoid the deep dish chicken noodle like the plague. It's a disgusting overpriced waste of money..the soup was cold there were literally 3 total noodles. Imagine canned chicken noodle soup, then put a soggy biscuit in it and then add a scoop of mash potatoes. That's what you're paying $9 for. Everything else is great. They also brought the wrong side and visited our table 3 total times. Service was pretty bad.

Every Bob Evans is basically the same so the atmosphere was typical Bob Evans.

The waitress was outstanding and gave recommendations on what to order.

She checked on us several times and did a great job.

Food arrived hot and prepared properly.

Bob Evans is not raised the prices on their food like everyone else and it was very budget-friendly.

I ordered a turkey sandwich on a Saturday afternoon because I know it would be slow. The sandwich was only cut halfway through, there was no cheese or mayonnaise as promised. Sloppy and prepared without care. The sides were haphazardly prepared. Your management should take more pride in their work. Disappointed. Even during a slow period....

This is a good BE. Clean good service and good food at reasonable prices. 11/24...still an above average place to go.

Really enjoy going here for something different. Often short staffed, but waitresses seem to do their best. Hope they can get a full staff n get back on track of fabulous food!
