poor customer service - got order wrong- overcharged / hung up on me on phone and then lied to me on phone and would not refund the over charges i will never go back
We recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary at Cang Tong. we made a reservation which only makes sense as seating is limited. Our meal was delicious as it always is! However; our Chef was the best ever. He made sure our experience was extra special! when setting up the grill he used oil and put out initials on the grill with a heart in the center and lit the fire. my sister just had her baby 2 hours ago and the first thing she wanted was some Cang Tong. specifically hairy Llama roll no spicy mayo and a fried bagel roll. that means we all are eating it lol. this food is great. service is usually great and the steamed Dumplings are awesome, that's why they sold out tonight and I can't have any. don't worry I will get some next time.
