Cang Tong Japanese Steakhouse

First time trying these guys and wow did they impress me I felt like I was back in NY so hard to find good chinese/Japanese food as it is and these guys were stellar. We ordered take out and it was well worth the money. The portions are generous which is amazing in these times. Yall rocked our order and have become our new favorite spot here in Sebering. We look forward to enjoying much more food from yall in the future. And to the girls working the hostess station yall were so nice and pleasant to be around.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! we had the pleasure of being with Andreas and he was amazing! He made great suggestions, he was super nice and friendly, just excellent overall. Highly recommend and if you can request Andreas as a servicer your night will be 10 times better!! Give this man a raise!

Food was average. Cool hibachi atmosphere. My waiter was way over the top on asking if I needed anything to the point it was annoying. The worst part was he kept asking me if I wanted any audit sauces and then charged me for less than a gram of wasabi.

Fairly good restaurant and food. They are a little bit pricey for the food quality. But some of that is the experience I guess.

We went this iteration for sushi. Sushi was ok. Not Devine, but not bad. Towards the very good side of the meter.

Although I must admit they are better than most around, one would have to go into one of the bigger cities to find something better.

A let down to say the least . I was expecting the theatrical side of hibachi when we made the choice to eat here. When we arrived we were told that it was only available by reservation. We accepted that and hoped the food would make this somthing worth experiencing. The host/hostess stand stayed full for the duration of our visit, which made it mildly iratating that it took so long to meet our server I noticed it had been a long time and started the timer on my phone we were at 12 minutes from this point that we finally had someone come take our order . They were slow to bring the drinks after this. The booth was uncomfortable and the dining area was warm . The food how ever was a bright spot to otherwise poor experience. My expectations were probably too high as it was my wifes birthday but the server didnt seem to care which is fair not all restaurants play the celebration game . I would consider eating here again but the drive to sakuras nearly an hour and a half is where I will likely take future celebrations .

My son suggested this resturaunt when we visited last week. We'll we were not disappointed very delicious with a lovely presentation. Our server was very nice. Too bad you are 2 and a half hours away. Will be back when we visit the area again.yummy.

Yesterday was an important birthday for my husband ( last year in his sixties ) we had friends that came to Sebring from Jacksonville for his celebration. I made reservations for 7:30 for hibachi because they gave us a choice of 5 pm or 7:30 pm. We had a great day at the Hard Rock casino in Okeechobee and we left winners so we had a pocket full of money to spend. We arrived around 7:15 for our 7:30 reservation and sat at the bar. The server/ bartender then informed us that the cook was running a hour plus late so now our reservation became around 9:00 - 9:30. Ok I know there is always unexpected things that happen, but a phone call would have been appreciated so we could have made a choice if we wanted to do that or just go somewhere else. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed when we had to pick everything up and move to a different restaurant. Do better please!!!!!!!!!

Waited over an hour for our food came out and the rice was hard as a rock, there was no flavor. Ordered the chicken lo mein and it came out tasting like shrimp. Who messes up beef and broccoli? This place does broccoli harder than the glass on the tables. Drinks would stay empty for 10 minutes minimum before getting refilled. Overall terrible experience will not be coming back
