Back in the day when they had earlier hours, it was a good place now it’s like you have to wait till after 4 o’clock to get in to have anything. I can’t give it any stars as of today.

My husband and I and 2 of our dear friends went to Chicanes 3 weeks ago Friday for Happy Hour and all 4 of us sat at the bar. After the bar tender filled our drink order, we ordered some appetizers to start.......planning to stay for dinner. My husband and I shared the Escargot. My one friend ordered the Asian Shrmp appetizer and I cannot remember what her husband ordered.....but that is not important.
When the food arrived my friend was taken a back with the presentation of the Asian Shrimp and said to the server that she did not want the appetizer and sent it back and did not see anything else on the menu that appealed to her so she did not order an alternative dish.
Minutes later the Manager ( or assistant not sure as we were so shocked by the display ) came rushing into the bar, carrying the appetizer and demanded to speak to my friend and find out what the hell was wrong with the dish. He then proceeded to tell my friend that he refused to remove the dish from the bill ( which she did not ask for ). All of us were speechless as to the treatment or lack of customer service that this person displayed.
Needless to say we did not order anything further, paid our bills and left.....and ironically ended up getting burgers and fries from Five Guys down the street.......without the drama and hassle.
We will NEVER darken the door of Chicanes again, and BTW collectively each couple eats out 3-4 times a week in the Sebring/Lake Placid market. Lost revenue and patronage that will never be earned back.

First time here with my wife - Sat at the bar prior to dinner. Cool vibe. Dinner was really good. Try the Grouper and Sea Bass. Our server Tatiana was excellent. On point, friendly, great service. Will come back!

Such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and service was incredible. We had the rollover starter(stuffed bacon wrapped filet) and the chicken marsala. Everything was cooked perfectly and service was prompt and relaxed . No pressure to hurry , just allowed us to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Chicanes , it was fantabulous !!!

The steaks were very good but a little overdone. They have changed their incredible, wonderful bread for some that is good. That is the only reason for the markdown on the food.

Our server (Cristy) was absolutely AMAZING!! She took care of a walk in party of 12 and was fantastic. She was very patient and was perfectly sweet the entire time taking care of orders, serving food, and answering questions. Chicanes’ food was fantastic and the serving experience we received put the final cherry on top! Highly recommend!!

I had the hamburger when I was there. The hamburger was mediocre. I expected a little better for the price came with fries which I think they got from McDonald’s was a little disappointed for the price.
