Food wasn't as good as I remembered and I've ate here regularly for years for both lunch and dinner to were I've stopped going all together so that's been about 6 months now so hopefully they've made so changes maybe to the menu and improved in some other areas as well. You know I hate to sound like a hater but I honestly got tired of wasting my money on this place

Greeted upon arrival. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to the dinner rush. Enjoyed a basket of chops and salsa. Meal was brought to us. Once again, Chili's did not disappoint! My smashburger was still sizzling when it got to the table. We have been to more than 50 different Chili's restaurants across the U.S. and never been disappointed once. They do their food very well! Server was very attentive, tea glass was never empty

Went for lunch early. Lots of seating but decided to sit at the bar. Good choice. Bartended was very helpful in reviewing and tasting several beers. Large menu, chose appetizers. They arrived quickly, were generous and well prepared. Will definitely go back.

Went on veterans day. Aweful service. I came at 8:30pm and the restaurant was empty. They sat me and I waited 15 minutes for a server to greet me. I ordered and has to wait Another 20 minutes, i made a complaint .to get 3 chicken crispers and fries almost 30 minutes. They bright me the chicken first then 10 minutes later the fries. The server said that the young chef was in a bad mood. They gave me a complimentary dessert so that was nice of them. But the staff NEEDS TO BE TRAINED on pepper customer service.

The service was slow even though the restaurant was empty. I am a veteran and the fact that she made me wait longer because It was a different menu that was in the entrance but still chose to make me wait another 10 minutes for it. I wanted to change my order before it was prepared , she denied.

Bought ribs to go. Opened at home and found the ribs were dry, slathered with spicy sauce and had little meat on them. Used the ribs to prop open garage door. Total wase of money for crap food, typical for Sebring Florida. Not going there again.

Been coming here for the past 3 days. I love it here great staff great food. Will be coming back for sure. My favorite menu item is the skillet cookie. Its so good. Thank you to all the staff for all you do very satisfied staff always keeps the restaurant clean and the service is outstanding the music is amazing. This is my go to place to hangout and get a nice bite to eat. And to the general manager thank you for all you do the staff definitely deserve recognition for all they do and treating us like family. Definitely recommend.

I've been going here since they first opened in the early 90s I've gotten to know the people over the years like Curtis in the bar area Terra a waitress in the right side of the restaurant and Lauren and Jordan as well as two managers penny strange and dawn Most of these people who work at chilli are my friends and I've known them for years they will help you in any situation Except when you get hurt on their property And then they like to say that you were never there But they must have forgot they filled out an incident report with their name on it But when it came down to it This one woman that was a manager that I thought was my friend stabbed me in the back And told underoath that I was not there that day even though I clearly have the documents to prove it and pictures and video with names and dates but that female manager no longer works at this particular Chili's And the other one that was a good friend missus Strange It seems like she was let go over some stupid reason And all she was trying to do was help someone This is how Chili's treats their employees and their customers I remember their slogan on television Chili's it's like no place else You're right it's like no place else It all goes very well while you're paying your money but as soon as you get hurt on their property they'll bend you over. But hey this might just be speculation Or is it?
