Went to chilis for a nice dinner. Got there at 5:15. Wanted to have a nice meal before we went to see a show. The waiter took our order. We waited and waited and waited. The waiter served other tables, sang happy birthday to people behind us. I was getting agitated. A lot. Then the waiter came by and apologized. Apparently he did not place our order. He would place it right away. Then we waited again. Finally he stopped and said- they are plating it right now. 7 minutes later we got our food. In time to wolf down and go to the show. I asked to speak to the manager. A man came over to speak to me. He was of no help at all. I told him our waiter was ok but he had better get his kitchen staff on the stick. He did not offer anything but a lame apology. I will NOT return.

I ordered food to pick up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. The time on my ticket was way before the 20 minutes. So when I picked up my food it was super cold. I got the Cajun pasta, there is no Cajun or salt smh.

Went here a handful of times and each time I would see something that looked decent, ordered it, then bite into it and it’s like they got instant mash potatoes, steamed brocoli, and prepackaged WELL DONE steak (even though I ask for medium rare all the time) from Walmart and put it on your plate. Also something weird is the mash potatoes tastes and stretches like Play-Dough which warrants being an 8th wonder of the world. The wings look promising and moist until you get past the layers of sauce and find that the poor chicken’s life was wasted becoming a dry wing in Chili’s instead of a delicious one in Wingstop. Anyways the place is kinda dirty and it’s pretty common to stand by while waiting for your server to clean the disaster the last people left behind. That’s more on the slobs that left it that way than the staff of course but I can’t say it’s not a little off putting in terms of atmosphere. The macaroni is good though so overall come here if everywhere else is full or Hibachi Buffet is the only other place open.

From out of state and was disappointed. Went there for the new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and they were out of all mozzarella sticks. Had to change my whole around due to that. And was also out of queso dip.
Sorry to say this 18.00 dollars for a chicken sandwich Ann’s frys sucks to much money and the chicken was rubbery frys were cold

We thought we had a gift card, but it was already used! We came for lunch, and Ruby had the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with ribs and both kinds of quesadillas, and I had the Fajita Trio. It was a lot of food, and we took out 2 to go containers for later. We shared the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert, but I'm not sure where either of us put it! Lauren was our server and brought us enough iced tea refills to float a boat. She was very friendly. Being a Sunday, the place was booming, with the associated noise. I would stop again, but at a quieter time.
