Bought ribs to go. Opened at home and found the ribs were dry, slathered with spicy sauce and had little meat on them. Used the ribs to prop open garage door. Total wase of money for crap food, typical for Sebring Florida. Not going there again.

There a wait for seating , because they only had three waiters. The girl at the front stand was not very friendly. The food was good and our waiter was excellent.

You can tell they upgraded their servers and chefs! Our server were extremely attentive and nice (you never get that in these places anymore). Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was great, came out hot and quick. Never had an empty cup. Can’t say I had any complaints about anything. Great job with the new haul of staff! Definitely needed it! 10/10

It was busy and the poor servers and hostess were clearly swamped, but they were all so nice despite it all. 10/10 service. Dawn was awesome. 💕
Andrea was the sweetest waitress. We love everything about this place. From the food to the wait staff everything is top notch.

We went and ate there on June 13th, took a long time to get waited on, but we eventually did. My boyfriend ordered the 10 Oz sirloin and ask the waitress to make sure there was no meat tenderizer or his steak, but once we got our food he started eating the shrimp and they were so spicy you could barely eat them, they steak was so tuff he couldn't hardly cut it, and he ordered it medium rare. We ate payed our tab and left. But once we got home my boyfriend all of a sudden got severe diahria and perfusly vomiting, he was up all night sick as he'll. So he ended up with food poison from rhe steak. So needless to say we want be going back to Chili's in Sebring, the worst experience we have ever had

Chilli's has cleaned up the place! New management? Months ago & before we ordered... we walked out on sticky floors & from a grimy table. Last week, we were told it has IMPROVED. Wow! Yes! We enjoyed our visit in a 6-person booth. Even the windows were clean! The SMASH BURGER was presented nicely & splendidly delicious! The potato soup fantastic & each of us loved the fresh Garden Salad! Chilli's ... so good that we returned again the same week!!
