Went in around 1:30 on a Thursday. There was a huge sign promoting carne asada. I Ordered it in a burrito. The lady said they did not have any made. I questioned it’s your promotion and you don’t have any made? She said no. I said make some. She said no. I said ok I’ll have a chicken burrito instead. She said we don’t have any chicken made either. I asked what do you have made? She responded Barbacoa and picked up a tin full of shredded meat soaking in some type of greasy liquid. I said no thank you and left hungry.

Food was cold. I got a salad bowl and had maybe 3 pieces of spinach leaves. No actual lettuce Did not find anything good with this food. I've been to many Chipotle. This is the worst. No wonder they are never busy

This place is a joke the girl working the grill had a bad attitude & the cashier stated he was having a bad day and literally went and told my brother in law you should of asked the price before you paid when he asked a simple question rude location .. they don’t even know how to wrap burritos they kept messing everyone’s food up

Came to sit down and eat and there was already a mess on the floor before this one. No one picked it up. We told the front about. Another couple came to get tea and the nozzle came off. More tea started to pour everywhere. As I am writing this the spilt tea is still all over the floor. And I am now finished with my lunch. Nothing has been done.

I just ordered the queso & chips. My husband got a bowl. They almost forgot my chips. They were in a bag. The chips were so stale. I took them up to server. She handed me another bag which was stale also. I didn’t say anything & ate a few. We will never return. They are also overpriced!
