By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. The service is horrendous, the portions are not up to corporate standards by any means, and the quality of the food is subpar at best and that’s being nice about it. Needless to say that I would rather drive to Lakeland or Orlando than to ever set foot in this place ever again.

I would give zero stars but that wasnt an option.The customer service is HORRIBLE here!! The "manager" Emily some young girl is very disrespectful. I have never seen such disrespectful person in customer service. Trying to serve cold food to people in the drive thru then laughing in their face after asking them to remake it.

This location has changed recently and the employees are much nicer and the food is much better which is great as this is my go to eatery. Seems to be managed better than previously. My only suggestion is the tables need cleaned more often and why the 4 star instead of 5.

We saw an ad on TV with their beef brisket salad bowl that looked so good and we wanted to try it. We hadn’t been to a Chipotle in years and it is a little confusing placing your order. The staff seemed preoccupied & their drink machine was not in sight so we grabbed a bottled coke at the register. Later we saw the drink machine around the corner! The beef brisket was terrible. The meat was in tiny cubes, not like in the TV ad at all! Mine had so much gristle & was so tough that I could not eat it. I felt like we wasted $30 on these meals!

My Aunts were in town and stopped at Chipotle to get something before heading home. The two ladies working the window at about 7:45 or 8 ish were rude to them. The staff was unattended. They waited at the drive thru and then honked the horn repeatedly and they were not seen until about eight minutes later and when they came, they were extremely rude. They then said that they were out of various foods that my Aunts asked for saying “they hadn’t made the food items for the day” And when they asked for extra napkins, they gave them two, one per person. They each ordered tortillas and the workers put them in the same aluminum foil wrap so when they went to eat the tortillas they were stuck together and tearing apart. They asked if they could get different tortillas because they were in the same foil and tearing and the woman tossed them a folded piece of aluminum foil, saying to just put one of the tortillas in the next piece of aluminum. My Aunts asked for utensils and the lady asked them, “Isn’t there any in the bag?” they said they were not sure because it was a mobile order and the back was sealed so the woman tore the back open to check the bag and then gave them the utensils and the torn up bag with a tear right down the middle back to them instead of giving them a new one Attitude with them the whole time.

Haven't had a good Chipotle meal in I don't know how long, no matter which location. Something's always underdone or overdone, stomach takes two days to recover.
No fajita vegs, again. Chunks of burnt charcoal like meat in the carnitas. Employees are as cold as the rice.
