Food is good. Depending on the server, service can be spotty.

Great 8oz filet cooked medium. Fresh salad with a baked potato. No IPA'S on tap but they were available in cans and bottles.

The food was brought quick. The waiter didn't need to be asked for refills since he did that super. Food tasted fresh. It was a relaxed place, not too many noise. The place is big and kept very clean. I noticed that they have plenty employees which is real good. I totally recommend to visit and have a great food.

Spent a couple of days in Sebring. Couple of sources recommended the WH for dinner. Went for an early dinner and got seated right away. Kathy our waitress was friendly and helpful. Drinks came right out. Ordered the petite filet mignon which was a perfect medium rare. Was probably one of the best, tastiest filets I've ever eaten. Along with the garlic bread, house salad and garlic mashed potatoes was an absolutely delicious meal. My wife had a Caesar salad and the crab bisque and really enjoyed both. Prices seem very reasonable and we enjoyed the steakhouse atmosphere. The WH is highly rated on Trip Advisor and the ranking seems well deserved. Definitely try to fit in a visit if in the Sebring area.

Mixed review:• The crab legs were extremely salty and rubbery. Don't waste your money. With that said:• I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich, it was delicious and the homemade potato chips are excellent.

Wanted to have a relaxed Saturday night dinner with my beloved husband at 6:45 pm to find out the waiting time was 45 minutes or more.I live in Sebring all year around and do not appreciate treatment like that, especially not after receiving an arrogant shrug from the so-called “hostess”.This place is not as good as it pretends to be, considering price, service and quality. The pork ribeye was very salty last week, the noise level is awful and after sitting at “the stage” last time, where it is as dark as in a dungeon, you need your phone light to read the menu: Not coming back. Thanks for nothing! My suggestion: open a subsidiary in Michigan, Oregon or Ontario or wait until next fall ….

We had Clem as our server. Just the best! The food was spectacular, kudos to the cooks.

Dined at Cowpoke's once 5 yrs ago. Wasn't pleased with the food then. Thought I'd in all fairness, give it another try. Sorry to say no improvement. Haven't tried the complete menu, but none of the 22 friends we were with, eating a variety from the menu, had anything particularly positive to contribute. Our group was large, but the food, even appetizers, were slow coming out. I'm sure the servers were at the mercy of a busy kitchen staff, but a business should be ready to handle the number of potential guests dining in your establishment. The dining hall is a bit noisy. So if you're looking for a quiet meal, this is not the place.I realize menu prices have exploded, and eating out is not the luxury we can all afford, but sorry, the food quality service and atmosphere in Cowpoke's Watering Hole is not up to par with the prices they are asking.I'm sure there are those who totally disagree with my assessment. We all have different tastes. Opinions are like noses...... everybody's gott one!
