We visited the food truck. The breakfast bowl and the breakfast sandwich on sourdough were quite delicious. The portion sizes were plenty. We're looking forward to visiting the restaurant when it opens.

If you haven’t tried Chef Tom’s food, you should check it out. He and his team, including Madison, put their hearts into these culinary creations. I’m a bit biased with good reason but this is definitely an experience to check out while in Highlands County.
