I love the atmosphere and I love that even when they seem shorthanded that they get the job done with a good attitude. The workers are friendly and greet you with a smile. Definitely will be going again and the food is good too.

The woman at the register Jayden or Jaylen whatever her name is only gave me one cheesecake bite when I asked for extra cheesecake bites (I paid for the upcharge). After denying me extra cheesecake bites she then proceeded to call me a wetback beaner and threw the icecream at my car.

Service and food is a hit or miss these days. Before Covid this was a really clean location and they had great quality food and service. Unfortunately, the last couple times I went with family we were given cold fries, the lobby wasn't picked up, and the people working were too busy talking and goofing off amongst themselves than assisting customers. It's not always bad and sometimes they are excellent, but the lack of consistency has my family preferring the South Sebring location.

The girl gabby in all at the restaurant look bothered smh when ordering smh and the the people making the ice creams would just ignore us like idiots like we’re bothering them smh worst place would not recommend to come here ever!

Went on the drive thru and my blizzard was overflowing and melting, dripping down the sides of the cup. I asked if I could get a lid for it, the lady at the window just slapped a lid on top, didn’t even close it. Blizzard melted and got all over my car and myself. My toast was black and the tenders had a rubbery texture to them. Never had a bad experience here before but thought this needed to be put out there.
