I was disappointed last night 3/7/25 as my order sat there. People came in after me and left before me. I stood there a distance away and could see a screen that said no orders. I approached the counter and they asked what I wanted and I said I have been standing here for a while waiting for my order. The cook said I already made that. It was just sitting there. My fries were barely warm by the time they gave it to me. I should have requested a new order. The service has always been good prior to last night. I realize they were busy. Just very disappointed. On the bright side, I will definitely go there again!!
We went today at the drive thru & got a blizzard & a sundae, there was a car in front of us & i watched the employee give them there stuff & then i saw them give two items back to employee & it was a blizzard & sundae, so we got up to window & the employee said $10.03 & we said we do not want the ice cream they gave the car in front of us, they had them sitting waiting to give them to us, we told them to make new ones & we will pay for them. So we do not know if they were new ones, the ice cream was all melted, we could not see them making it & it was to fast, but we paid & left, so be careful & watch what goes on.
Next time we are just going to leave & get our ice cream elsewhere.
Your night staff for Tuesday, March 4th truly ruined my night. There were a few individuals who were nice and seemed hard at work. However the young black girl with a red jacket taking my order was incredibly rude and short with me and my 4 year old. I’m saying thank you and please and being pleasant but she was just so nasty and rude I wanted to leave. My son wanted to sit inside so I said to dine in which seemed to upset her more because she had to bring our food, not that I would have minded getting it from the counter. She said to grab my ticket and I was confused, I’m looking around and she grabs a number 6 table topper and slams it on the counter “this is your ticket!!” Like wow didn’t know a small metal object is a ticket. Whole time I’m sitting down for 30+ minutes all I hear is ghetto 14 year old gossip. Loud and proud too ! When she brought our stuff, she basically put it down on the table as if she hated us lol. No eye contact no your welcome no nothing. Hire better people, lots of people deserve a job but this young lady is not one of them.
Single handedly the worst experience I have ever had. Over a 40 minute wait for a small blizzard and small Sunday. After admitting that they had forgotten us ( despite us sitting in front of the counter of the restaurant) instead of apologizing or anything close to doing good buisness the employee asked which blizzard i had ordered and then proceeded to still give me the wrong flavor. Upon walking back inside I was informed I could PAY FOR ANOTHER!!!!. I will never fo buisness here again I am also a high school coach who used to frequent this establishment. In this past year the service and quality has gone to pot. I would advise everyone to stay away and go down the street to Any other place.

This is the best fast food service. My food is always hot and fresh. The Manger is wonderful. He only has to hear my voice, and he knows who I am and what my order is. Thank you for your amazing service. I will be coming back for the food and great service.

Love this Dairy Queen. Much better than the north end one. The ice cream at this location is much thicker than other ones making it the best one in town

Great location with friendly staff. It's smaller and a bit dated, but food comes out great and they are usually on point. My family eats here on a fairly regular basis.

My twin and I wanted some Ice Cream and we visited this location. It was very busy but the wait was well worth it because we were pleasantly greeted by the BEST EMPLOYEE by the name of Aurora. She was exceptional and made the long wait seem as if we had just pulled up. She has the best smile and her positivity is infectious. We will definitely come back again

I go to Dairy Queen quite a bit. This past time, i bought 2 blizzards and a pup cup. When i gave the pup cup to my dog, i realized there was something in his ice cream, i thought it was chocolate chips. I rinsed off the TWO pieces i found only to see they were rocks. I called the location to let them know what i found and stated i did not want another one, did not want a gift card, did not want anything. I simply called to let them know what i had found so they could prevent another dog from receiving the same. I talked to an employee over the phone, she stated she has worked there for eight years and they do not have rocks in their ice cream. I repeated what i found and told her i just wanted to make them aware. She then said “Can you bring it up here and let me see it then” at this point, the only reason for my return to the business was because of the way i was spoken too. I returned and asked to speak with her directly to which i was told “she is in the freezer taking a breather” once she came out, I showed her the ice cream and the rocks, she then got a bigger attitude saying “i don’t know what you want me to do about it” “we don’t have rocks in our ice cream, are you accusing us on putting it in there” I then repeated to her, my call was to simply make her aware of the rocks, my dog is 4 months old and weighs less than 10 pounds, he can not chew a rock. She kept repeating “what do you want me to do about it” and “we don’t have rocks in our ice cream” and i could come back another time to speak with her boss. As someone who comes here weekly, i am very disappointed with the way i was treated. A simple “i understand, i will check the ice cream” or “Thank you for letting us know” would have avoided this entire situation.

We came in tonight at around 9:30 to sit in. We waited 15 minutes for our food and we were more than perfectly content with waiting since the drive threw seemed busy. Something about their system being on the fritz. I guess our food got lost in translation, and when someone asked "are those people still sitting out there" another girl came out and rolled her eyes with a very sarcastic "Yea they are." Towards us. Horrible attitude. Which is why I asked for my refund and we left. To which that garnered attitude as well from another employee.
