I've ate at Don Jose in Cali, I was excited to find a Don Jose here. It couldn't compete. We probably won't go again. My man thought the waiters could have been a little more Bueno.

Authentic Mexican food and absolutely delicious! It has to be the best in town! Will go back for sure. An exceptionally busy day, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on service that day.

Service was terrible had to go to the bar to get our own refills we asked the waiter 4 times for cheese and more salsa. When I got my margarita it’s had ants in it when we asked for a manager and when he came to the table he said I don’t know what to do about it like hello ???

Went to order blacken chicken fajitas for 22.00 and they said we had to have the green peppers with it. We only wanted onions No green peppers and they told us both or none. Never had this happened in a Mexican restaurant. He said they had new rules. We won’t be going back.

Wonderful place on the water. Food (chips, queso, guac, tacos, burritos, enchiladas and chimichangs had by our group) and drinks were great and arrived timely, and the wait staff was super attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely return!!!Parking: There is a big lot with free parking beside the restaurant. Parking is ample and not a problem.
