the assistant manger seems to always have a bad attitude when working and is always giving dirty looks, i do not appreciate that, it makes going there not a good experience

I stopped by this Dunkin’ on a quiet Sunday afternoon—no line, no one behind me. I ordered a dozen donuts at the drive-thru. After I got to the window, I realized I forgot to add two refreshers. I politely asked if I could add them there, but the staff insisted I drive back around and re-order through the speaker, even though there was literally no one else in line.

I asked again, pointing out that I was the only car there. Still, I was told I had to go around to order two drinks. No flexibility, no customer service, just a firm “you have to go around.”

Rather than waste more time for no reason, I left and went to another Dunkin’ further south, where they happily took my order at the window.

This kind of rigid policy—especially when there’s no one else around—makes zero sense and just turns people away. Very disappointing experience.

I get my coffee the same way at any dunkin but this place just can't hit the mark. Terrible frozen coffee . Not enough ice for some reason can't use skim milk but all other dunkins can. Gave me sugar instead of splenda. Reminds me of a Shady or fatty store whatever the plump owners name is of the other stores in town.

Service from the older small caucasian lady in the front is horrible. She is very rude and speaks to her coworkers crazy. She shouldn’t work in customer service.

Just got to work to find my cup is actually half full. I’m not sure if they put their mediums in large cups but this is disappointing. I go here weekly for the same exact drink. Nothing more. Nothing less. This was the first time I ordered for pick-up. Never again!

North Sebring Dunkin. Not much of a selection at 6pm. One's I got were stale. Why stay open all day if you're not gonna do fresh doughnuts? Drive thru staff very pleasant.

So I went up to dunkin's to grab me a midday coffee, and I had the most horrible experience! The North Sebring Duncan sucks they had two workers in there who did not know how to make any drinks I ordered two large drinks both of them were incorrect a large Frozen caramel coffee they added vanilla too for some reason and a holiday signature latte that was white as milk didn't even look like it had an ounce of coffee in it! When they were asked if they could remake it they came up with excuses as to why they couldn't or why it was the way it was! The quality and service at North Duncan's really sucks! Don't waste your time money or efforts come down to South Sebring and go visit this Duncan's because they are always on point they have great customer service and they don't mess up your drinks! The picture I attached is a picture of their signature cookie latte! There's no Management in this store the entire weekend until Monday so hopefully a manager Monday can be found to rectify this issue because this is ridiculous!

Grady- 1983

Bought a large cold brew, no ice (because it's stored cold already, and the ice freezes and hurts my teeth) and they filled the cup 3/4 of the way full. I asked them to fill it up, and they said the store owner upcharges when there's no ice in a cup. Upcharge on an already $5 cup of coffee for no ice, when it's already cold??? These prices are already outrageous. Won't be coming back.
