I wish I could give zero stars. I frequent this location often, and more times than not, I am missing items, the order is wrong, and/or the staff is rude. I never complain, because I remember what it is like to work at a fast food restaurant, and I chalk it up to the staff being young and ignorant at times. This time, I made a mobile pick up order. I pulled up to the window, and a couple young female employees just looked at me and walked away from the window. Finally, a young girl opened the window and told me that they were out of items that I ordered. I asked if they even started making the other items that were in. stock and she said no. I was told I could just get a refund but it would have to be through the app. My order was $24, so I have tried several times to request a refund, but have been given the runaround. The online services are “down” and you can only email, which responses take 2 business days. I received a coupon for a free donut WITH A PURCHASE. I will never go back to a Dunkin because of this. I have never felt so mistreated and uncared about. Awful service, Dunkin. Do better.

Hope you like the taste of cleaning chemicals bc that’s what all there food taste like. Don’t drive away without checking if you have everything you ordered bc 99% of the time they forget half your order. Not to mention none of the girls are friendly, horrible customer service. Go to the one in South Sebring.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The workers are extremely rude and non attentive to customers. No greeting or anything. Always get my order wrong and never apologize for the inconvenience. Very disappointing at how downhill staffing at this location has gotten. Do better !!

I usually love Dunkin’, but the customer service at this location has really gone downhill. Some of the girls working here are very rude and dismissive — no greeting, no smile, and they act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I’ve had multiple experiences where my order was wrong or handed to me without so much as a word.
Everyone has off days, but this has become a pattern, and it really takes away from the experience. I hope management can address the attitude and retrain the staff on basic courtesy and professionalism, because this could be such a great spot if the service improved.

Not only is the staff rude, but I refuse to even go there anymore. Every time I go, they get our order wrong and aren’t even apologetic about it.

the assistant manger seems to always have a bad attitude when working and is always giving dirty looks, i do not appreciate that, it makes going there not a good experience

I stopped by this Dunkin’ on a quiet Sunday afternoon—no line, no one behind me. I ordered a dozen donuts at the drive-thru. After I got to the window, I realized I forgot to add two refreshers. I politely asked if I could add them there, but the staff insisted I drive back around and re-order through the speaker, even though there was literally no one else in line.
I asked again, pointing out that I was the only car there. Still, I was told I had to go around to order two drinks. No flexibility, no customer service, just a firm “you have to go around.”
Rather than waste more time for no reason, I left and went to another Dunkin’ further south, where they happily took my order at the window.
This kind of rigid policy—especially when there’s no one else around—makes zero sense and just turns people away. Very disappointing experience.

I get my coffee the same way at any dunkin but this place just can't hit the mark. Terrible frozen coffee . Not enough ice for some reason can't use skim milk but all other dunkins can. Gave me sugar instead of splenda. Reminds me of a Shady or fatty store whatever the plump owners name is of the other stores in town.

Service from the older small caucasian lady in the front is horrible. She is very rude and speaks to her coworkers crazy. She shouldn’t work in customer service.
Doordash an order at this location, missing items. It takes 5 seconds to check the order before it goes out the door.

Just got to work to find my cup is actually half full. I’m not sure if they put their mediums in large cups but this is disappointing. I go here weekly for the same exact drink. Nothing more. Nothing less. This was the first time I ordered for pick-up. Never again!
