Friendly environment clean restaurant. Friendly staff and easy to see products available. Restroom was clean and stocked. Parking was readily accessible and available. Parking lot was also clean with trash cans noticeable. The food was fresh and delicious.

These women working here should be FIRED...the attitudes and slowness was horrific! There were 8 employees standing around talking while customers waited, whoever owns this store needs to visit once in awhile!

Food is cooked too much or not enough coffee is never made right unless you go late at night and usually it's always busy how idk but I feel they rush ppl out with lots of mistakes people have to go back in get fixed it's very chaotic and I'm usually always having to go home to fix my coffee go to Walmart or go south it's way

I ordered 2 peppermint moca latte's for a treat for my husband and myself. He picked them up. They were hot! 1st time I received them hot. Went back and looked on the app. It didn't specify hot!
I walked in needing 5-dozen donuts last minute for work, and the two girls working went above and beyond to accommodate me in a timely manner. There was another girl who was off shift at the time who willingly got behind the counter to help her coworkers fill my order quickly. I only remember one’s name— Rasta— I wish I could remember all of their names because they were all amazing and I really appreciated them not making me feel like a huge inconvenience (even though I probably was)! They had my order filled in the blink of an eye! The girl who was off shift even helped me carry my order to the car because I had too much to carry by myself in one trip. All three of them are incredible and I hope they know how much their amazing customer service meant to me that day! On top of everything, the store was clean and the donuts were fresh. Thank you to everyone that helped me that day! <3

The girls there every morning know what I want for breakfast and they already have it run up most of the time when I get to the speaker they treat me in Miss Chloe so well I love them all and I wish him a happy Christmas and a Happy New

The coffee is delicious but the loaded hashbrowns weren’t very warm and half full, on the app it looks filled nearly to the top. So i went to another dunkin and they were very kind and the hashbrowns were fresh and hot and a little bit more full. The 3rd photo is Avon Park Dunkin.

I really didn’t want to have to say this but this is the 3rd time now I have gone to get my coffee and 3 count of munchkins and I walked out with no munchkins. Every time I do mobile order, the same girl is always working. The second time I I got my coffee and munchkins, she caught an attitude with me. I guess they just assume customers forget about the donuts and wander off with the coffee. NO I WANTED MY MUNCHKINS TOO!! The 3rd time, just so happened to be yesterday. The workers do not take me seriously., I walked out with my coffee and no munchkins so I whipped my car back around and told them they forgot my donuts. They all started smirking and immediately I felt like I couldn’t trust these people. Anyways, I got my food, but they’re doing this on purpose at this point. Especially since it’s the same girl now for the 3rd time.
