I don't know the name of the girl who works the morning shift because she doesn't have any card indicating it. He is always in a bad mood and his angry face takes your order and when it is ready he puts the bag abruptly on the counter. Sometimes the coffee has been delivered incorrectly and he gets upset when asked to change it. I understand that working in a fast food restaurant is not easy but this young woman's customer service leaves a lot to say.

This location has always served the best coffee in our area. Although I live in AP, I will drive to the Sebring location because I know I’ll get good coffee. The donuts, however , have been terribly dry on my last two visits. I mentioned it to the staff and was assured they were delivered fresh every day. I ordered 2 more donuts and again, they were dry. No more Dunkin Donuts for me.

sometimes I come in order early in the morning at this Dunkin’ Donuts and when I do the manager that is working there is very rude and disrespectful to me and half the time when I do go I only see one person working Half the time

Literally stood there pacing back and forth walking to the register and to the bar where they hand off drinks and they were just ignorant and disrespectful... They always get my drink order wrong.. and I know they do it on purpose sometimes because they seem pretty careless. I get that sometimes you forget, but it’s always when I order for this particular Dunkin. I also know exactly who it is that keeps messing up my drink. It’s Laziness. This is a high paced job, so do your best!!!
