Hash browns only had 3 pieces in two orders. And the donuts looked like they were from yesterday... Dry and crumbly...jelly soaking through the shell...Stale Old fashion... I worked at dumping donuts for more than ten years and never saw anything like this.

I don't know the name of the girl who works the morning shift because she doesn't have any card indicating it. He is always in a bad mood and his angry face takes your order and when it is ready he puts the bag abruptly on the counter. Sometimes the coffee has been delivered incorrectly and he gets upset when asked to change it. I understand that working in a fast food restaurant is not easy but this young woman's customer service leaves a lot to say.

Ignoring a customer (to the point that they have to REMIND you that they’re ordering) to flirt with your boyfriend is NOT how people work. And the donuts lately have been stale as hell. This is the type of people that work in Highlands! Be for real!
This location has always served the best coffee in our area. Although I live in AP, I will drive to the Sebring location because I know I’ll get good coffee. The donuts, however , have been terribly dry on my last two visits. I mentioned it to the staff and was assured they were delivered fresh every day. I ordered 2 more donuts and again, they were dry. No more Dunkin Donuts for me.

sometimes I come in order early in the morning at this Dunkin’ Donuts and when I do the manager that is working there is very rude and disrespectful to me and half the time when I do go I only see one person working Half the time

Unprofessional Employees having unprofessional conversations with one another, rather than acknowledging a paying customer lol. Literally stood there pacing back and forth walking to the register and to the bar where they hand off drinks and they were just ignorant and disrespectful... Dietary restrictions: Super low calorie when you can't get anybody to serve you anything. Arrived and left on an empty stomach feeling skinnier than ever!
