Faded Bistro & Beer Garden

My husband and I chose this restaurant because of its reviews. We were so happy with our server, Gabby, and the owner, Mina, that we went back for brunch and oven-fired pizza at The Backyard at Faded the next day. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, the customer service is exceptional, and though all three visits were 5-star, we never felt like we were at the same place because there are so many different, unique places to dine. Definitely would go back!😋

Awesome place

Had the opportunity to have lunch here last week, as we had played golf nearby. This place is a gem! An old nursery converted many years ago to a restaurant and since remodeled, it has the most beautiful outdoor area, replete with (seems like) all of the planet’s from the old nursery. Inside, a fantastic old wooden bar with a true mixologist behind it (we were driving and didn’t indulge, but the drink menu looked fire). Our fantastic server, Stacy, walked us through a few items and was as charming p, knowledgeable and professional as she was friendly. We settled on sharing a fried mahi sandwich, which was very good, accompanied by fried plantains. We loved our lunch and will be back every time we are in town. Highly recommended, ask for Stacy.

Kody was the best server ever! We will be returning for the food and drinks, but mostly his service and charm. 10/10 experience!

Listen this place is just delicious! There is nothing I have had that is anything other than the best!! High price sure but its worth every penny, you are actually paying for quality!!! The steaks are so delicious well everything is so delicious. The outdoor pizza and food truck is a awesome touch as well.

We went for brunch on Father's Day. The food and service were amazing. We would recommend The Faded Bistro for anyone wanting a great meal in a beautiful and serene setting.

The food was amazing. My husband and daughter can never have calamari anywhere else now.

Very nice venue as we love sitting outside. Even though temps were high, very pleasant in the shade and with fans. Slightly disappointed in the food. Some meals were praised such as pastas and chicken. But our steak flatbread seemed rather tough and dry!! Needed more balsamic glaze perhaps? And the Turkey Cranberry salad was just ok. But for the price; not fabulous.

We were visiting from New Jersey. Family invited us. The filet mignon was amazing. What a beautiful place. Will be back when we visit again.

Always great service and fantastic food. My favorite place in Sebring. Loved the Margaritas as well!
