Faded Bistro & Beer Garden

It's hard to believe that this restaurant exists in Sebring, but thankfully, it does. There's a small but diverse menu section, prepared properly, and accompanied by excellent service. This is a type of restaurant you'd expect to see in a much larger city... a place for all those in the know would hang out. I look forward to our next meal here when we return in November.

The Faded Bistro in Sebring is one of the best restaurants in all of Florida. There is no place with a better vibe and great food. Highly recommend. And... get the fish.

Our server Mia was excellent, very cheery and knowledgeable. I had the carpaccio, fantastic. My mom had the grouper sandwich. Not a spec left and her friend had the halibut tacos. Portions were generous and flavors were fresh. I highly recommend this place, deceiving from the outside and charming on the inside. Great find! We all loved it!

The restaurant is clean with a great ambience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and our server Cody was the best!

PSA: If you haven't eaten here, stop what you are doing and go! The food, drinks, dessert are ALL amazing! Perfect meal. So delicious!

Went to the new space in the back last weekend (Backyard) and had a great time - everyone was so friendly, helpful, and the music was perfect. The space is really comfortable, covered, and with lots of seating. Keep up the great work! We will be back.

Always love the atmosphere at Faded! I had the Halibut and my husband had the Caribbean shrimp. Both were outstanding. Our server, Lola, was informative, attentive and had a sweet sense of humor. We definitely recomend Faded and will be going back often.

A great place to eat! a little on the exspensive side but the food is definitely worth it! Great staff great outdoor seating it's like a jungle.

You all took the reservation and when we got there it was closed for vacation! Had family from out of state with us, needless to say it was embarrassing! We will never use open table again. This restaurant needs to notify the public!

Went there this weekend with my family, it was a slowish night but the experience was very nice. Maya was our server, great job. I ordered the Philly Steak tips sandwich, very good! The meatball appetizer was delicious as well. Will come back.
