It's been a year since I've been there. First of all great halfway from Orlando and Fort Myers. Great halfway for our family. We do it on a yearly basis, so happy we found this establishment. Food is great, wait staff tremendous, atmosphere out of bounds. Kudos to the owner, keep up the great job, hard to find a place like yours. We will be back. Maybe for dinner. Thanks again. It was tremendous. If you do go dont leave without having the Key Lime Pie, if your to full take it home, you will not regret this choice. EXCEPTIONAL.Parking: Close to location

Visiting from Michigan, Faded was great! We got lunch in the open door patio area and my fiance and I loved our view of the garden. Davis was awesome and the food was superb! Great marks for Davis though, he made our visit memorable and was so great to be served on byDietary restrictions: Gluten free buns thank you!!!!

We went to celebrate mine and my husband's birthday our with our daughters. It was a very good experience. Our food was so good. We started off with Bruschetta for our appetizer and then the certified Angus Beef Tocos with fresh salsa and the Bistro Philly sandwich for our main it was so delicious. We ended the meal with their homemade Key Lime pie and their Chocolate Cheery Cheese cake. We love that every time we go there, the desserts are different. Love the atmosphere. It's so easy to forget you're eating downtown Sebring. We will continue to tell everyone and will keep eating at the Faded Bistro as long as the doors stay open!
What a great experience!!! Please do not miss the chance to relax at this amazing restaurant!! Food was incredible! Definantly an outdoor garden natural vibe!!! Try the blackberry Margarita! You won’t be disappointed.. check in with Mara on her journey to her masters degree.

The food is so-so. Ordered a $50 steak medium rare. It came out medium well done. The waitress looked right at it and didn't say anything. The salad was dry likely sitting on the counter for too long. When I complained, the waitress took it back but didn't take it off the bill. I was surprised and asked to speak to the manager. She didn't take it off the bill till I demanded it.The place was dirty. They can't sweep the floor, what gives.I might give them another chance but not sure I should bother.

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem. The service was great. Greeted promptly when we walked up, they politely asked if we had reservations and then seated those guests first (as it should be). They found a great little spot for us on the patio.Nice house cab, nothing special but was good. On Wednesday, a selection of apps are only $5. We opted for the spinach Flatbread and truffle fries. Both delicious and the fries were crispy but not overcooked.Ordered the Havana (their take on a Cuban sandwich) and it didn't disappoint. Lots of meat, the pork was a tiny bit dry but otherwise outstanding. Also ordered the Philly and it was very tasty, the cut of steak was juicy and not overcooked. Both sandwiches served with crisps (house made chips). I'm not a big crisps fan but these were good.Peanut butter pie was just the right mix of peanut butter and chocolate. Devine!The waiter, Donovan was outstanding. We had a tiny mixup early on and he made everything perfect. We were undecided on Flatbread vs Truffle fries and he convinced us that we should do both!

Went here for lunch with my sisters and what a phenomenal experience! We ate in the garden and had Carlos as our server. He was exceptional, made us feel at home and the food was superb!
Just had the absolute best crab cake benedict I have ever had. It’s a must every time I come here from now on. Highly recommended!!!
