I just have to say that after dining in other IHOPs in other areas of FL and in different states, this IHOP serves some of the most delicious food around! All of the servers have been excellent. Kudos to the wonderful owners and a shout out to Nicolas for being one of the friendliest, fastest servers. 🥞☕️🍳❤️

We were thoroughly impressed with this location! Austin was our server and he greeted us at the door the minute we walked in and seated us right away. He was very friendly and extremely attentive! He was also taking care of an elderly couple and was great to them. Chris H was the cook and got our food out right away and it was all cooked to perfection. We had the French toast and the 2/2/2. We arrived at 8pm and got great food and service which is unheard of anymore.

This IHOP was the best one I've eaten at so far. The staff was great the cook is great. He even had a chance to come around and say hello to the people at the tables. That's a hell of a cook. And I loved it will keep coming for years to come
