Great subs - especially "Mike's Way". Service is usually pretty good too. Had an issue two months ago where a pickup ordered through the app wasn't right and we had to eat them plain, but the owner cleared up the issue when I brought it to his attention.

I went in today to get a mini Italian I asked a girl not to put my bread down on the extremely dirty counter that was present she slammed it right down in the middle of all the junk on top of the counter and said it's bread so I walked out her name was Stephanie by the way unless she lied to me of course she could care less how I wanted my sandwich made

The staff is very friendly, attentive and happy to be there! The place is spotless and the working surfaces are pristine. The sandwiches are made fresh. It will be a favorite place for us .

It’s sad that this is the only jersey mikes around. I’ve always been a regular at jersey mikes but this location is very disappointing. I gotta literally pay attention because they always mess up my order, and just recently on Monday evening I went in to get a hot sub only to notice the young girl that was making the sun went to sign something from a UPS guy with her clear cloves on grabbing his device as well as pen and then went right back and start grabbing onions with the same gloves as well as meat and went ahead and touch the bread. It disgusts me to have to see this. I usually want to come here and get a sub but every time I go back theirs always an issue

I went in today Stephanie was working in Sebring I asked for a mini Italian and I asked her to not put my bread on all the junk that was on the counter she slammed the bread down in the middle of it and said it's just bread so I turned around and walked out I'm paying that much money for a sandwich I'm getting in my way or not getting it at all

2 people on service Friday 11/8 4 pm., need to learn how to make a Giant 56. It was so terribly dry. The only people in the Sebring Mikes that makes a good sub is the manger & his assistant. When I walk in the next time & see the two young ladies I’m walking back out.

Ordered online and when I showed up to pick up order, I was told that there wasn’t any bread… Three incompetent kids behind the counter told me that it was going to be 30 min until done. Sounds like they failed to remember they worked at a sub shop and needed to stay on top prep work. Never seen this happen at a jersey mikes before over the years. Do better
DO NOT COME HERE. The food was overpriced and not good. Found three long strands of HAIR in the wrapper as well as in the sandwich itself and this is not the first or the second time cleanliness has been a problem for this store. Mind you, I had already ate half of the sandwich only to find someone's nasty, curly hair intertwined with the bread. Appalled and disgusted truly. Unprofessional staff, again with the unclean hands (saw workers vaping in the back and did not wash hands!) and long hair touching my food. NEVER AGAIN. I hope corporate comes to take a look at this store and addresses this issue with them because once is mistake, but three times is a problem!!
