We went at 5pm - the peak of the dinner rush. Our server was Mario and he was fantastic!! He made us feel like family (like Olive Garden claims to do). Halfway through our meal his manager came over and belittled him about something insignificant (I overheard something about spoons). It was very unprofessional and changed the vibe of our evening. He was so resilient and didn't let it ruin our experience. But I was pretty disappointed. We are somewhat regulars at this location...
Food was good. Service was not. Our waitress was socializing with everyone else, would take forever to get what was asked for. Some times we didn't get what was requested. She never refilled our drinks, until we were trying to leave, she did do, a to go cup.
Great food, excellent wine menu, yummy desserts, delicious salads. Add to that a wonderful waitress and great company and you’ll have yourself an enjoyable time. Hope you #enjoy yourself and that your experience is as wonderful as ours was.
