Completely forgot one of five meals plus the alcoholic drink. Food came out around 50 minutes. Very disappointed. Won't return.

Not as friendly since change of hands, proportions hve definitely changed guaranteed to be waited on if you sit at the bar & then there's take out oh my goodness 😳 no courtesy, nor condiments, you might better ask don't wait to get home and find out.

I’ve had great experiences here other than this last time I was here. I came to Outback because I love their steaks so much! But when I went to go cut my steak I dropped it on the seat and when I asked if I could get it remade they said no and I would have to pay for a new steak😭 so I spent $30 for a baked potato and a side salad.

Long wait times and most of the servers are high schoolers.

Shout staff, 25 minutes for the drinks and over an hour for a steak. Wow, need patience to eat here.

Typically love Outback, but last night the food was cold and hardly cooked. Waitress kept saying she was getting Manager, but Manager never came to speak with us. Very sad that one of my favorites are going down hill

We stopped for dinner on Sunday at 5:20 and sat at the bar waited until 7 pm for my prime rib to come out then had to ask about my wife’s steak bar tender went back to find it brought out but it was not cooked right and the broccoli was right out of bag. We asked to see a manager bartender came back and send just pay for your drinks so we paid and left the food sitting there. We watch 2-3 other tables walk out and saw a few unhappy tables
You guys have gone down hill so fast I don’t know when or if we will be back We had high hopes for a nice dinner
I hope management takes these complaints seriously and makes improvements.

I have eaten at outback for years. I have eaten at the Sebring outback three times. On the first date with my girlfriend, each after that on our anniversary. Our experience this time was mediocre at best. The food was fine, at least what we received. It’s apparent there is a management issue. It doesn’t look like the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. We ordered drinks. First the drink was not made correctly and had to be sent back. Three of us ordered the ribeye steak, one of my sides never came. A person in a black shirt came by and we informed him the side was missing. Not sure if he was the manager or not. He said he would take care of it. Other people in the restaurant got the same side which came with their food. Finally at the end of the meal wait staff brought the bill and just said they took 4 dollars off the bill. The wait staff never even came back to see if anyone wanted another mixed drink, they never asked if we wanted dessert. I guess they expect you to solely place your order using the kiosk sitting on the table. Next to us the waiter brought drinks to a table and dumped them all over the gentleman sitting at the table. They got up and walked out. Just before we left they walked back in and were seated at their same table. I sure hope management comped their meals. My recommendation is that all the staff at the Sebring restaurant need to go through training on how to provide quality service. It’s sure missing from this restaurant now.

I would recommend .. however our first experience was very disappointing outside of the waitress . Feb 2025... blooming onion and service great. We also ordered a 11oz sirloin medium supposedly ( pink with sliver of red) what we got was a very tough well done steak . We were hungry and didn't want to wait and don't like to return food back and the waitress was super , didn't want the spoil beginning of her day! tipped her well and left . Was so looking forward to a juicy flavorful steak ! :(

Lifes Great

Service was awesome and prompt , food not so great , bread was cold wouldn't melt butter, ribeye was full of fat , asparagus was over cooked . Onion was undercooked and house salad was a joke for 5$ .. guess will be going to Vero . This was my second try first time was a flop as well , was promised gift certificate from a manager because of the experience and never got those either . Not impressed at all . Also prices are crazy 80$ for a ribeye dinner a house salad and bloom and 2 drinks plus tip .. smh normal folks that work for a living can't afford that
