All fried food was burnt. Service was terrible. Since when did a restaurant send out more than one waiter to a table? They had no idea who ordered what,food, or drinks. Honestly, I have never seen such a sad service. My coconut shrimp was burnt, fries were burnt, sweet potatoes burnt. Drinks barely had any flavor. Cooking staff should be fired. And serving staff needs retrained with hospitality and what is acceptable to bring to your table. Floor was sticky and disgusting. I will never be coming back to this restaurant. Only 1 star because of no other option.

Miss Elysia implemented the MOST OUTSTANDING service I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time! Not only did she provide premier customer service, but made sure to catch the Queensland Chicken & Shrimp Pasta because I needed mine solely with chicken—as I’m allergic to shrimp and made sure to tell her beforehand! Although it was busy, Miss Elysia remembered what I had told her and had a new plate made. Awesome and the food was delish!

It Was GREAT! Hostesses greeted me, answered my question and seated me right away. A busy restaurant, lot of customers dinning out during my visit. My server, Amber was ? great. She shows experience and knows the menu well. In the kitchen, they prepared my order in decent time... from my appetizer to main course. Good for me everything came in good intervals. I enjoyed my meal but my steak was a bit stuff, chewy. The manager made it up for that with a different steak... and so on. No problem! And parking was available when I arrived. Ordered 2 steak&lobster dinners last night they didn't give me my lobster s in either one of the dinners so I had to drive all the way back to pick up my lobster and wasn't offered anything else for the inconvenience and wasn't no eating utensils in my take out bag what I asked for by the time I got back to eat my takeout was cold? bummer
Worst experience at an Outback that I have ever had. Started off with the a staff member pushing a cleaning cart around the dining room that was disgusting. Pushed the cart right beside our table. Not the most appealing to start lunch. Service was super slow....our server only took our order. Other staff members brought everything else, from food to drink refills. Just slowed our service to a crawl. A dog which was definitely not a service dog, was allowed into the dining room and sat at a table. Food was cold coming out except our french fries. Very disappointed with our experience. Will not be returning to this Outback.

We had an amazing experience with the manager Cedrick. We found a hair and he promptly took care of it as well as the garlic bread being burnt to a crisp and him and his staff took care of us to make sure we didn’t experience that again. He was amazing with our party and our server Eric was very patient and amazing with us as well.
