Every time, and I do mean every time, my order is wrong. The staff cannot do their job at all, I really enjoy panera but not at the cost of never getting what I ordered and always having an issue.

We have been going to Panera Bread since they opened many years ago. The sandwiches, soup, salads & baked items are always top notch. We also love the new menu and drink options. I recently had a minor issue with my order and decided to fill out the customer survey. To my surprise the manager emailed me directly and completely fixed the problem. Thank you Panera for going above and beyond to keep this regular customer happy!! Highly recommend this Panera Bread and their team!!

The math just isn't mathing. I ordered a half sandwich as I was starving. Frontega Chicken. First, let me say. The food is still awesome.... but here's the thing.

If it is that Panera hasn't raised their prices, then they've cut their portions. I usually order a half and take half home. Today I ordered a half and got a quarter sandwich.

So for $30+, I got 2 quarter sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and 2 drinks.

All I would say is Panera, if you're going to market the ¼ sandwich as a half, perhaps invest in smaller plates or do something fancy with sauce and really sell it to make it look good.

I placed an online order on Tuesday, May 6th for Friday, the 9th. A relatively simple order of a dozen and a half of bagels and cream cheese for a morning meeting.

I scheduled the pick up time of 7:45 am. When I arrived in the restaurant, I noticed there were no bagels in the containers where they are usually displayed.

There was no staff at either cash register. I had to get someone's attention that was in back preparing an order.

When I told her that I was there for an online pick-up, she explained that they did not have enough bagels and had to 'find' some.

I then saw someone in the back pulling out bagels from a large clear bag that is used to store day old bakery items.

I watched and saw they were counting bagels for my order!

My order was received in a shopping bag. What was alarming was the fact that the bare bags were in the bag. They were not in any type of container.
I inquired and was told that they no longer provide containers for bagels for online orders... only catered orders. Ridiculous!
The bagels were dry and hard. I could have used them for frisbees.
Never will I get bagels from this Panera again.
Buyer beware!
I sent a letter of complaint to the headquarters as well.

We mainly come in because I love the Hazelnut coffee. Placed our order, went to fill our cups and the Hazelnut ran out. Waited for the cashier to finish ringing up a customer and asked if they had more. She went in the back room and was gone several minutes only to return and say they had to make more and it would be 5 minutes. This whole time there were 2 emploees standing in the food prep area doing nothing except leaning against the counter. Our toasted bagel order had been done and sitting on the counter getting cold this entire time. When I went to pick it up I asked if they could warm the bagels. The girl looked very upset for me asking for this. I waited for them to be warmed up and when she returned, I noticed that there wasn't any butter for my wife's bagel. She snapped at me and said that we didn't order butter. I told her to look at the printed receipt that clearly had butter listed in capital letters. With an attitude she gave me the butter that we ordered. This had to be the worst experience that I have ever had at a Panera.

Employee stole money from wallet in the bathroom then lied about & manager did nothing about it. She was the only one in the bathroom with it no one else. I walked out it was gone walked bk in & it was there. Nothing but thief’s working there!!! 3/12/25

This location is absolutely nasty. I love Panera and wanted some since I was in town for the weekend. The cashier was a little rude and arrogant. And my friend was given the wrong Mac and cheese when she paid for the bacon Mac and cheese. When she came back, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, she reordered soup this time and they couldn’t even give her bread with it coz( she didn’t get bread the first time)? like are u kidding me? They didn’t even give her a spoon. Her soup was cold. Hen she returned, the people in the kitchen looked at her and were gossiping about her. Nasty location!!!!

Very angry they took off the only thing I enjoyed to eat the bread the sauce the Ciara turkey sandwich, there's a lot I can't eat so I don't get to eat out a lot and this was the one thing I enjoyed very much and ate all the time and now I can't bc they don't have the bread or the sauce anymore why it's not fair to the long time customers that ya would take off the one thing I know sells a lot now my whole family will no longer go to this restaurant to eat that's what we all enjoyed
