Employee stole money from wallet in the bathroom then lied about & manager did nothing about it. She was the only one in the bathroom with it no one else. I walked out it was gone walked bk in & it was there. Nothing but thief’s working there!!! 3/12/25

This location is absolutely nasty. I love Panera and wanted some since I was in town for the weekend. The cashier was a little rude and arrogant. And my friend was given the wrong Mac and cheese when she paid for the bacon Mac and cheese. When she came back, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, she reordered soup this time and they couldn’t even give her bread with it coz( she didn’t get bread the first time)? like are u kidding me? They didn’t even give her a spoon. Her soup was cold. Hen she returned, the people in the kitchen looked at her and were gossiping about her. Nasty location!!!!

Very angry they took off the only thing I enjoyed to eat the bread the sauce the Ciara turkey sandwich, there's a lot I can't eat so I don't get to eat out a lot and this was the one thing I enjoyed very much and ate all the time and now I can't bc they don't have the bread or the sauce anymore why it's not fair to the long time customers that ya would take off the one thing I know sells a lot now my whole family will no longer go to this restaurant to eat that's what we all enjoyed

Really disappointed Panera has cut their bagel flavors down to next to nothing. I was told they no longer carry sesame or blueberry. Bakery items were slim picking at 9:15am.

One of the better Panera establishments, and I have been to many. Well run, relatively clean, good staff that prioritize customer service.
I really want to love this place because I love the food but I am on the fence. I had the tomato soup and cheese steak sandwich. Which I loovvvvee but don't like the service. It is kind of cold. It is very much cafeteria style environment here. I would love to see it revamped into a cooler coffee shop environment. Where can you grab coffee, a sandwich, a book, and a friend and simply chat. In cozy chairs and seating areas. Light music in the background. You know that great place I am talking about? But I will continue to come here every blue moon and enjoy my soup in hopes that one day I come in and it feels different.
