We have been going to Panera Bread since they opened many years ago. The sandwiches, soup, salads & baked items are always top notch. We also love the new menu and drink options. I recently had a minor issue with my order and decided to fill out the customer survey. To my surprise the manager emailed me directly and completely fixed the problem. Thank you Panera for going above and beyond to keep this regular customer happy!! Highly recommend this Panera Bread and their team!!

The math just isn't mathing. I ordered a half sandwich as I was starving. Frontega Chicken. First, let me say. The food is still awesome.... but here's the thing.

If it is that Panera hasn't raised their prices, then they've cut their portions. I usually order a half and take half home. Today I ordered a half and got a quarter sandwich.

So for $30+, I got 2 quarter sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and 2 drinks.

I really want to love this place because I love the food but I am on the fence. I had the tomato soup and cheese steak sandwich. Which I loovvvvee but don't like the service. It is kind of cold. It is very much cafeteria style environment here. I would love to see it revamped into a cooler coffee shop environment. Where can you grab coffee, a sandwich, a book, and a friend and simply chat. In cozy chairs and seating areas. Light music in the background. You know that great...
