Made a delivery order and after it was delivered, we realized we didnât tip the driver, we placed the order on the app and it dropped the tip. I called back as soon as we realized it and asked the manager to add $10 to my order for the tip. The woman that answered the phone was super grateful, however when we checked our ring camera, the driver made a nasty remark that âgas is free guessâ. Makes we wish we never even tipped after that. People make mistakes, even good people. Nastiness get you nowhere. Grow up driver!

Zero stars. The WORST papa John's I've ordered from and I travel alot. It's got a lake of grease all over it and the crust is WAY TOO THICKn and they can't follow simple instructions

Pizzas great. Customer service is HORRIBLE. No communication, every single employee has an attitude problem.
Its Papa John's and it's pizza, the only issue was the extremely noisy restaurant. You had to yell to place an order.

OK, so I love Papa Johnâs pizza and I always place the order online for some reason I was not able to do so today so decided to go ahead and place the order over the phone spoke to this one lady that refused to give me her name very rude, did not understand anything that she was saying because on top of that she was Mumbling her words. Tried to tell her what I wanted on my pizza, specialty pizza and ended up telling me a whole different order when I got to the store place to order face-to-face with the lady and they ended up charging me $72 for two specialty pizzas and two sides of wings with a Dr Pepper when I ask her what does she put on the ticket? She had provided me another persons order so ended up, asking for the manager and for my Look, she was the manager, dear Jesus lady Because of you, I will never go to the store again

Picked Lemon wings on the app , Driver called no lemon wings. They can't take off my order. So i picked another flavor! Two small pizzas and wings! COLD ! Why can we not get warm food ???

I rarely get takeout and was excited for pizza, however I had a terrible experience at this particular store. Their app said the Pizzaâs were ready to be picked up, but when we got there it was a 15-20 minute wait. When we finally got the pizzas home, the personal sized one was burnt and rock solid crusts. They didnât even bother trying to make things right when I called in, and had told us to âwait five more minutesâ while we were there. This was the closest pizza place, and from now on Iâm going way down 27 for Dominos instead. If you want burnt pizza and unprofessional service come here. Also there is a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the store itself.
