OK, so I love Papa John’s pizza and I always place the order online for some reason I was not able to do so today so decided to go ahead and place the order over the phone spoke to this one lady that refused to give me her name very rude, did not understand anything that she was saying because on top of that she was Mumbling her words. Tried to tell her what I wanted on my pizza, specialty pizza and ended up telling me a whole different order when I got to the store place to order face-to-face with the lady and they ended up charging me $72 for two specialty pizzas and two sides of wings with a Dr Pepper when I ask her what does she put on the ticket? She had provided me another persons order so ended up, asking for the manager and for my Look, she was the manager, dear Jesus lady Because of you, I will never go to the store again

Picked Lemon wings on the app , Driver called no lemon wings. They can't take off my order. So i picked another flavor! Two small pizzas and wings! COLD ! Why can we not get warm food ???

I rarely get takeout and was excited for pizza, however I had a terrible experience at this particular store. Their app said the Pizza’s were ready to be picked up, but when we got there it was a 15-20 minute wait. When we finally got the pizzas home, the personal sized one was burnt and rock solid crusts. They didn’t even bother trying to make things right when I called in, and had told us to “wait five more minutes” while we were there. This was the closest pizza place, and from now on I’m going way down 27 for Dominos instead. If you want burnt pizza and unprofessional service come here. Also there is a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the store itself.

Online ordering system does not work. You customize pizza, it charges you, label at store shows no customization. Call in and manager is rude and says sorry I can't help you. Very sad poor service.

Driver called my phone to tell me they were about 5 minutes away and that was fine. She then called me back after the delivery to tell me she liked my teenagers and they were respectful. I find this slightly unprofessional and not something that should happen. I have waited a few days to think about it before posting a review. It sets alarms are ff in my head that she is using a number provided for questions and updates to speak to me about other things. I could be in left field here but I don’t feel that second phone call was called for.

Let me say I have eaten a lot of pizza in my 61 years and last night we got the best pizza I have ever had and cheese sticks and wow they were here n no time . From the ordering process to delivery it was fantastic. So on the night of March 16th crew in sebring Fl Crew ! Great job !
They say they close at 11pm..got there at 9:45 pm and was told they were closed..smh!

Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas tonight and this is what we got. Called to complain because WTAF. They are remaking then and resending but I have zero faith they will make it here in 1 piece. If it wasn't all ready past dinner time and a school night I would have asked for a refund. So disappointed.
