Love coming here. But some customers are a bunch of Karens when its busy. Yes it gets a lil hectic but they hold it down from the managers to their cooks. My pick up order was took a lil but its still hot and looks delicious. Keep rocking you guys...forget the haters.

I quit ordering from Sebring Domino’s cause of their poor customer service, so I went to Pizza Hut cause their online deals and prompt delivery using Door Dashers. However, after tonight that is going to change! For the past 2-3 deliveries I have ordered drinks with my order. Pizza Hut has had to call me to substitute or take off my drinks cause what I selected online wasn’t available. I’ve even gone so far as to call prior to placing an order to see what’s in stock, and they still call me to substitute. Tonight the female that called said she was a manger, and said I can either substitute or take them off. When I asked why is this going on she said her General Manager knew and basically it is what it is. Twice, very coldly, I substitute or take off, and that she wasn’t going to argue with me. Because I am only able to review the Door Dashers this is unfair for them to be penalized for Pizza Hut not stocking drinks properly. I have tried to call the store during day after the past few orders, but it goes to spillover to the call center. Of the two biggest national brands in Sebring, Pizza Hit is the clear choice, but both of their customer service sucks. It looks like I’ll have to come in the store to speak to the GM directly regarding this matter. I won’t be doing so without my camera phone on to record the discussion to come back to add to this review.

Ordered 3 large pan pizzas and all 3 were way undercooked, nearly raw dough in the centers. Pan pizza is supposed to be golden brown bottom and crust, not still nearly white.

Tuesday, July 7th, 2025, Pizza Hut had $2 personal pan pizzas, carry-out only. They were a little busy when I got there, but the ladies were working hard, keeping up with the demand. They held it down in there.

welp…..what can i say? visiting and saw an actual ‘hut.’ Excited until we went in. all tables and chairs are stacked in the corner. no indoor seating. seems like a big waste of space. but guessing by the reviews I’m glad we turned around. went to Big Italian downtown- much better.
New cheesy bites crust, it sucks. All cheese melts out of the crust. Leaves just burnt cheese and dough.

Ordered $35 of food. I know it’s superbowl Sunday and I was expecting a delay. I got a really good pizza and really good bone in hot wings, but I ordered three ranch dressing packets for my wings and for the pizza. No ranch whatsoever. Wings aren’t even that good without the ranch.
