This place is awful. I ordered off uber and I didn't get my biscuit. Obviously it's not something I could call for or drive 15 minutes to get it myself since it's just around 2 dollars, but now I'm just disappointed because the biscuits here are really good, pretty much the onky salvageable thing there. Not only that, but the fries are not tasty at all and they're soft. I'd get it if it was just a one time thing because I don't live close to popeyes and the delivery took awhile but this is even the case when you go to the place and order. Food is not that good anymore, not like it used to be. Wait times are insane. I once waited for 2-3 hours for my order and I was sitting inside the restaurant. Literally never going back or ordering from this popeyes again. Hopefully not all are like this, but this one definitely is and I hope it gets removed and changed to a way better fast food place.

The customer service was terrible, and the employees were very disrespectful. After waiting for 20 minutes, one of them with a bad attitude told me I’d have to wait even longer because they were busy, even though they were just chatting among themselves. Something always goes wrong here, and this will definitely be my last visit. Very sad because the food is good but there are more options now at Sebring. We decided to go to Chick-fil-A instead and the customer service there was excellent. Please don't let employees at Popeyes to treat you bad go somewhere where you are more welcome and appreciated about your business.

Visited after 5pm to get take out. Chicken was severely over cooked and not edible. My guess is from sitting under warmer for an extended period of time. Guess we should have checked order before leaving store.

Order pick up at 6:45 for a 7:35 pick up didn't get food till 7:55. What is the poin of mobile order pick up if you have to wait 20 minutes for your food. Done coming here. Would not recommend no since of urgency in the kitchen.
