My husband and I come here very often and it seems we only get exceptional service when Samantha is working. She's awesome! Very hardworking, dedicated, and so sweet. We both light up everytime we hear that it's her voice coming through the drive thru speaker.

Did a mobile order at home then pulled up to store counter to pickup and waited 30 minutes until someone said a word to me as I stood at the counter then was told to order through kiosk, noticed drive thru was their priority.

It’s been one of the worst restaurants in USA we waited 40 minutes and everyone came after us took there order after this they told us that they don’t have our order Idon’t suggested it’s the worst restaurant ever
Was told to park and waited atleast 20 mins & then the lady comes out to car and wants to know what we order and then waited another 10 mins for wings & 2 chicken sandwiches so we pull next store to eat and food was cold!!! This place is getting real expensive and the service sucks and the food sucked also!! Will not be going back there!!

This place is probably the worst fast food establishment I've been to. From the cleanliness of the store to the employees being lazy, ordered in the app pulled to speaker with only 2 other customers in store, 3 minutes later they answered asking me to pull into a spot number 1. Ordered never came out after 20 mins waiting I went inside which they had said they missed the order. Another 15 minutes and was handed my food without any word 😕 didn't even offer sauce etc. I'll stay away from Popeyes sebring.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. Waited 20+ minutes for a 3 piece tender meal in the drive thru. The girl at the register was on her cell phone gossiping about other employees. Do better, Popeyes.
