My husband and I come here very often and it seems we only get exceptional service when Samantha is working. She's awesome! Very hardworking, dedicated, and so sweet. We both light up everytime we hear that it's her voice coming through the drive thru speaker.
I was so disappointed with the customer service, very poor service. We waited for 20 minutes (very slow). They wasn't wearing gloves, plus one employee stop fixing the order to answer her text.(awful) message. Thank God for microwave cause the food was cold. Popeyes needs to get it together.
The Manager, Sam was so Pleasant to speak with after her new employee greeted us at the window! Nyla is an EXCEPTIONAL employee and the staff there seems genuinely encouraged to provide GREAT service!
