I order on the app, largely due to my autism, as I find looking at a drive thru menu a little overwhelming, so when I ordered sonic on a whim, I didn’t expect any social interaction beyond a friendly exchange of “here is my order number” and “have a good night”. So I was surprised to find that the assistant manager, Jayden, had come out to my car letting me know that the ingredients I had ordered in my drink were sold out for the night, and that she would be willing to make me anything else I wanted. Since they had so many options to choose, I defaulted to “just make me something you would like”. And my drink did not disappoint. Since then, I have come back several times and have found that Sonic’s staff is super friendly, very attentive and willing to give just a little bit extra in order to make their patrons have a pleasant experience. The food isn’t amazing, but it’s bar hop style fast food, not Michelin star haute cuisine, so temper your expectations there, but the service and overall experience for me make this a place I enjoy coming back to. Thank you to Jayden, Chance and the rest of the sonic staff for always serving me with a smile and a great attitude. Also, try the sprite with blackberry and peach together, then thank me later!

This store is consistently excellent at customer service. We come at least once a week and our food is always fast, hot and yummy. The store is clean and the drive through is efficient. But my favorite part is the staff. I don’t know how but they are doing a fantastic job at hiring people ideal for the role and it shows: a smile, a greeting, and great energy all around.

Ordered a grilled cheese and there was literally no cheese at all in the sand which. Olivia made my order and was nasty over the speaker. Will never come back here again, she needs to be fired. So disgusting. ( The sandwhich is open, there’s literally no cheese in it )

This was our first time to sonic. I was very unsure and Jayden was fantastic from the get go. I asked questions ( in the drive through) and she was so very helpful and answered them all!! The ocean water 🌊 yummy, strawberry cheese cake blast yummy! My son had the chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake 😋 Thank you for your help Jayden and being so nice with a smile!! She needs a raise!

When you pay $30.00 for a meal shouldn't you get the lettuce and tomato on your Burger 🍔 what a Big disappointment. Tried giving this Sonic another chance but won't make that mistake again.. Nope.!

Food was good not very attentive. Main issue for the review they have separate men and women's bathroom. Apparently was a problem with the men's and closed it. They put a unisex sign on the women's. My problem is anyone can walk into the first door. Very dangerous opening the door to sex predators. Making it into a unisex there is no stopping a man or woman walking in on eachother. Staff to busy conversating and not paying attention to who is going in and out the bathroom. So between the unattentiveness and bathroom is the reason for my review.

This is our favorite restaurant because they have good app sales, happy hour, and the milkshakes and slushies are amazing. And you can get redbull in your slushie too. And its way cheaper then any other fast food around. Service got 4 stars because sometimes they'd forget to bring us our slushies so my hubby had to go in for them. But otherwise 5 stars. Keep up the good work yall. Also the chili cheese frito wraps are amazing. Our kiddos love them.
