I order on the app, largely due to my autism, as I find looking at a drive thru menu a little overwhelming, so when I ordered sonic on a whim, I didn’t expect any social interaction beyond a friendly exchange of “here is my order number” and “have a good night”. So I was surprised to find that the assistant manager, Jayden, had come out to my car letting me know that the ingredients I had ordered in my drink were sold out for the night, and that she would be willing...
This store is consistently excellent at customer service. We come at least once a week and our food is always fast, hot and yummy. The store is clean and the drive through is efficient. But my favorite part is the staff. I don’t know how but they are doing a fantastic job at hiring people ideal for the role and it shows: a smile, a greeting, and great energy all around.
This was our first time to sonic.
I was very unsure and Jayden was fantastic from the get go. I asked questions ( in the drive through) and she was so very helpful and answered them all!!
The ocean water 🌊 yummy, strawberry cheese cake blast yummy!
My son had the chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake 😋
