My husband & I have tried going to this location 3 separate times & have had no luck. Twice we have walked in, stood there for 5 minutes being ignored only to eventually be told “we’re only taking cash payments” why not put a sign on the front door if that’s the case? Our third & last attempt was this past week where we pulled in the parking lot to be stopped by an employee to inform us they aren’t serving any food until 3pm, the kitchen is closed. (While she’s eating a salad talking to us) Why would the kitchen be closed at 12:30 during lunch time? Seems like every time we come here they have some excuse and we always end up leaving & going somewhere else. I’m not sure if these issues have been happening to anyone else lately but this location must be losing a lot of business if it is happening to other people. Disappointing!!!

Wow, was this good! They were out of baby back ribs, so I had St. Louis ribs. Fantastic! Cold beer, giant glasses of water and iced tea, good slaw, and my wife had a pulled pork sandwich and baked sweet potato that she loved. Great service, too!

I stopped by to order something for carry-out, and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Was Also told it would be a 45 minute wait to dine in. While there, a customer who pre-ordered had been there over and hour, and she was literally threatening to leave and wanting her money back, which prompted them to start making her order. Seems like something is wrong there...

My wife placed my order and it said to get there at 7:01. Got there at 7: 05. Didn't get my food until 7:30. She said she had three new cooks. All of them look puzzled. Probably not their fault. No leadership at all. I've seen that look of no leadership before.Then she tells me to check the bag to make sure the order is right. My wife ordered the food while I was on the road. So I had no idea of what she had ordered for her and my son. And it's not my job to make sure my order is right! Why in the hell am I tipping you? This place is insane. You tip, and then you get to do the work! Not happening with me! That's not the way we treated customers where I came from.

Two weekends in a row, and half the items I tried to order online were not available. I took substitutions for rhe items last weekend, and decided to give them another chance this weekend since the food they did have was good. Two suggestions; fire the day crew who's not pulling enough product to feed the dinner crowd and update your online ordering system to show if you are out of something. I wasted over an hour of my time, and then had to get a refund since again, half the items I ordered were not available. Sorry, but I won't be back

It would be helpful if the servers were educated regarding Gluten-Free options. I was told, basically, that the turkey and broccoli were probably Gluten-Free and maybe the macaroni and cheese. If you eat Gluten-Free you will understand why this is strange. Usually, ribs, smoked chicken, and barbecue beans are Gluten-Free. Regardless, I ate a mediocre salad and an average baked potato. Very sad experience. ?

Can't get in because the hosts are saying there's an hour wait for food even tho the restaurant has 12 open tables, pretty sad to NOT want patrons coming in because the servers don't feel like working, oh
Have gone there twice both time has been excellent We went there on2\19/2024 we have gone several times and everything was good I don't know what happened but everything was terrible We waited to be seated at least 10 minutes The two severs that where there walked by us at least 4 times there was hardly anyone in the restaurant The blond of the severs yelled all across the dinning room What time is it like she was ready to leave there were dirty dishes on the tables trash on the floors the cole slaw tub was sitting on the counter by the TVs finally after we were setted another girl came and took our order The only thing about her was she was carrying the food up against her shirt which is not good My husband won't say anything but being an sever and a certified trainer I was disappointed I brought my food home and have been sick for 2 days You need to do something about about this especially your rude blond sever

Food is OK. Service is terrible, carry out/curbside is also terrible I've had to wait 30 plus minutes for my food each time I went to pick it up. No one delivers curbside. The place needs some management and more help.
