Absolutely loved this breakfast! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The food tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The scrambled eggs were soft and delicious, the bacon was crispy just the way I like it, and the hash browns were golden and crunchy. Every bite was satisfying!
The presentation of the meal was beautiful, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell the care that goes into preparing the food. And the coffee was the perfect addition to start the morning.
What truly makes this place special is the staff. They treat you like family the moment you walk in, and that kind of warm, welcoming atmosphere makes all the difference. It feels like home every time we visit.

Would love to leave this place a good review but it was difficult. I understand that our party was over 15 people but the way that they handled the service was pretty terrible. Everyone but two people in our group got their food the group wanted everyone to have the food before we ate so we were stuck with over a dozen people not eating their food and getting cold because of two people's meals that were not ready. Can't blame the waiter for this because it did not seem like it was his fault but rather the cooks in the back. Because of this the food quality was not the greatest. We were there for an event for every weekend so we made it difficult for us to find a place that would accommodate a big group. Definitely will not be going back here and I would advise you that if you're going with a bigger group to find another place to go. Food with meh they did offer to hibachi tables if you wanted the hibachi.

The food are delicious and perfect confort, the cafe con leche are the best, don't go to Miami, come to Sophie's cafe, always is perfect time. And pastelitos oh my Goodness delifull, and the Rabo , every plate are amazing, well done Sophie.

This was my first time to try Cuban food. My husband and I shared a sandwich and I had plantains as my side then we shared a guava cheese pastry. Everything was delicious! I love Cuban food. And the service was great.

Goofys Golf Getaway
We visited for the first time today (and now just watching the HGTV show on which the cafe is featured, didn’t realise we were speaking with the owners earlier 🤦🏼♂️) and loved everything about the place. Menu had so much choice, and the food was excellent, nice coffee to accompany it and just wish we had room for dessert as they looked superb. Will definitely be recommending Sophies to our vacation guests.

Gotta show some love for one of my favorites downtown…. Not only do the boss and me stop by on the daily, but taking my dad from NY there and getting him hooked on the coffee and breakfast Cubans… not to mention, I’ve never liked coffee in my life… but that cafe con leche changed me! Absolutely recommend Sophie’s ❤️💯
Omelet had no flavor. The bell peppers were crunchy 😳. The hash browns were old. Empanadas was ok.. I asked for ketchup packets and received NONE..

Unusual weather for Sebring so it was not a good day for an employee to keep opening the front door in a propped position. Various nearby diners shut it and she kept opening it. She was busy and no doubt needed air while diners seated at first 2-3 tables apparently did not. Otherwise food and service was better than average. Very clean with nice menu options and pricing.

Nice staff and I was impressed with the authentic Cuban food and if you speak Cuban Spanish (Lucumi) You will feel at home !! Cozy small place with fast service so get there early because they sell out fast ! Delivery is also available and parking is shared with the order stores at Sebring Square !!
