The last two late evening/night I’ve stopped by through the drive-tru for some beverages and I was greeted with the upmost respect, courtesy, and best customer service. Starbucks Sebring has never disappointed in that aspect, but I do have to say Dawson the last two visits has displayed excellent customer service. Thank you for making a customer feel welcomed and not like a hindrance!

My frappe mocha coffee was excellent! And breakfast sandwich was good as well!
I’m having one of those days- ya know… just one where adulting is taking a toll on me. And I get my macchiato and I’m waiting for my child to get done with her class and I look at my cup and see “You are Amazing” on it. Thank you. I needed that so much 🥹

Very Very long wait times, if you're ordering inside. Drive thru gets crazy backed up & holds up the inside. People are generally really loud inside the store. Employees are very nice and underpaid.

The most inefficient Starbucks ever. Extremely slow compared to most Starbucks I’ve been to in my life. Not too many options in town for coffee and this place service wise is a disaster. Ordered iced coffee. By default they now make it unsweetened - because syrup is out of stock. I was offered sugar which does not dissolve in iced coffee with no further comments and no apologies even. What a joke
