Very Very long wait times, if you're ordering inside. Drive thru gets crazy backed up & holds up the inside. People are generally really loud inside the store. Employees are very nice and underpaid.

The most inefficient Starbucks ever. Extremely slow compared to most Starbucks I’ve been to in my life. Not too many options in town for coffee and this place service wise is a disaster. Ordered iced coffee. By default they now make it unsweetened - because syrup is out of stock. I was offered sugar which does not dissolve in iced coffee with no further comments and no apologies even. What a joke

Nice Starbucks , been coming in here for several years. Was an idiot sitting inside playing Tik Tok video shorts on his phone with volume all the way up. Starbucks needs to enforce a quiet policy in their stores. Totally oblivious people, so things like this need to be addressed. Not a Starbucks specific problem, but most of us come here to relax, imagine if everyone was doing this at the same time!

Ordered reg.coffee,2 croissants @ Cr Bru com Frp. @1:38 pm got frap.3 min.later had to ask for croissants & asked for the pike place small coffee (last to get over 10 min)all in 14 mo items later we received our order. Done in & I do t normally complain The worst that I’ve seen Starbucks such a simple order. PS I don’t care for your new croissants you switched too! JS

Just perk my nerves yesterday I got a cranmerry orange they didn’t even decorate like the first time ruin my entire day false advertisement at it’s finest the girl going to sit there and lie and say they never put oranges in it when I literally got a video of it from last week

This is my third time coming to this location where one of the employees Cindi, who is always doing the drinks for the mobile orders, is extremely rude to me. I’ve watched her make snarky comments to other customers as well, rolling her eyes and making faces. Today was the third time I have experienced this service with her and I don’t appreciate it. I’m a regular customer who tips and is always polite.
