This is a great Starbucks for In-N-Out and quick service. Helpful staff. They even wrote happy holidays on the cup. Super clean. Super nice. Easy access and ample parking from the main road. The only one around for miles. Very nice Starbucks.

The workers in the drive-through were so unprofessional and rude. I could hear them talking in the background about how obnoxious people are when they order. Matcha made me feel very bad about my order and I felt very disrespected. I’m definitely gonna have hesitations about returning to this location again.

I stopped at this location to use a gift card I've had for a while. I prefer to park in the front parking lot, as the drive through can be extremely busy.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The barista was a lovely and professional young lady.
My order came out quickly and it was correct. It is a great thing to be able to ask for something, and get it exactly the way you want it.

I most often use the drive thru to get my coffee and I always have nice baristas and my order has always been perfect. My only complaint is the drive thru configuration at that location-its awful.
This store can get so insanely busy inside and drive thru, but the baristas work their butts off to get drinks out as quickly as they can. They have a hard job and Ive seen them have to deal with some pretty awful customers, but they handle everything professionally.
Since Joann, the current manager, has been there the store seems to run smoother. I just wish people would cut the baristas some slack because that place gets crazy!

I frequent Starbucks very often, on my way to West Palm Beach from Sarasota I decided to take the route straight through Sebring, boy am I regretting it. My drink today, which was made by a very nice gentleman who wrote on my cup to drive safe, was very good. I came and sat down for a bit to watch them work and watched the worst manager I have ever seen. Jones was rude and dismissive to the entire staff, I asked for her name just to write this review. For one I am not a review writer, but the young man who made my drink and made conversation with me the whole time I was watching him was over looked and belittled right in front of me so I had to say something. My drink and food were great, but no manager should treat their staff like this.

The last two late evening/night I’ve stopped by through the drive-tru for some beverages and I was greeted with the upmost respect, courtesy, and best customer service. Starbucks Sebring has never disappointed in that aspect, but I do have to say Dawson the last two visits has displayed excellent customer service. Thank you for making a customer feel welcomed and not like a hindrance!
