We are sorely disappointed that management has decided that only one employee is needed to run the restaurant at a time. I’ve never seen any restaurant run by one employee and stay in business. This is a horrible mistake by management.
One employee to fulfill mobile orders, walk-in orders, baking bread and cookies, ringing up the orders, taking payment, and slicing the meat. Oh, and when does the poor employee get a break to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom?!?! This is outrageous. Can’t go on a lunch break anymore!!

At the SNL location, the employee wouldn’t look at us or talk to us so we left. I guess you’ll get your wish and have to close your doors.

Ordered my food to be curbside 45-60 minutes in advance. When I arrived, there was ONE worker, making not only my order, but several other peoples at the same time. App told me the order was ready and it had not even been made. Other customers had the same issue. This is not OKAY. This is unfair to your workers, and your customers. DO BETTER!

Stopped tonight. Only one server. Toaster oven not working. Most polite server. He filled our order and couldn't have been more accommodating. Please be polite and appreciate those willing to work.

Ordered a tuna on Italian herb and cheese bread, the only bread they had was wheat. The tuna was terrible and soupy, tasteless with an odd texture, my husband and I both threw our sandwich in the garbage. Ruined my taste for Subway.

Just went to the subway and Sun Lake for the time in a long time and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Seamus ! Awesome attitude ,awesome work ethic, very attentive, not only did he make the sandwiches above the standard shown on the menu, but he did it in record time. He seem to be there alone. Store was very clean and regardless of the fact that they were many customers getting multiple sandwiches, He was very composed and very efficient. my son said this was the best sandwich he ever had and believe me that is saying something. Thanks bud You did an awesome job.

So disappointed! Not only were the subs terrible, I've been charged for the 3 orders that threw me off the app when I hit COMPLETE, saying 'something went wrong ' I had to start all over. I finally went to the store in person to order my food. Now, how do I get the $97 I'm owed??

Under new ownership. Previous post (from user Lorida) was from a disgruntled ex employee and has been reported. As the owner I can verify none of what they say is true. While that may have been the policy before we bought the restaurant in September 2023, we abide by all food safety standards and Subway standards. The comment has been reported. We just unfortunately can’t help the previous poster was angry at their employment situation (even though they left us without notice…..)

Be careful if you eat here especially the meatballs they don’t throw them away every 4 hours like subway requires them they like to keep them for 3-4 days until it goes empty and most of the time they are getting mixed old with new which is going to get someone very sick, they don’t wash their vegetables which is nasty because there is dirt all over them the tomatoes are rotten and frozen yet still get used the meats get sliced and are not properly weighed so you get ripped off on meat and they profit they also treat their employees very horribly making them work by them selves which is very dangerous and should never be done especially on a weekend, this place used to be good when Mike owned it but now Kyle and Cory took over and their just about profits they don’t care about employees or customers go eat at jersey mikes you’ll be a lot happier and at least it’s actually fresh I was a former employee so I know all the secrets your welcome
