This location can't take digital orders, no one answers the phone and when we drove to the location there was a note on the door saying the employee had gone to the bathroom.
Don't know what is actually happening.

A decent little shop, we go to it all the time. My main complaint is with the standard serving size of a sub these days tends to be 70% bread, 30% product unless you orde extra. A member of my family went and got our subs today without knowing the trick of having to order extra. And we basically had bread sandwiches for dinner.

Understaffed!!! It's 11:30am and closed. Never fully functioning 100%. Always missing items. Card machine works when it wants, so bring cash. Did I mention UNDERSTAFFED!

This location is out of items every single time. The owner needs coaching on how to properly order ingredients... spend the extra 15 minutes to drive uptown to a different aubway

The store seems like it's closing down. The last 3 times I've gone they have been out of stuff. At first it was 1 or 2 things but this time they were out of Roast Beef, Meatballs, Green Peppers, Onions, Olives, and they had MAYBE 10 bags of chips on the shelf. I bought 3 of them. The owner needs to shape up or close the doors. Make room for a shop that WANTS to be in business.

I personally don’t think this subways location isn’t deserving of any stars at all! I’ve been near this subways now going on 4 years and now I am writing a review which should have been done sooner. I also will not stop there, I would also review this store number on the main website. This subways is the only food chain aside from gator shack in Spring Lake, Sebring, route 98. One could only believe they would do better! I work a very busy schedule, with four young children, also maintaining keto lifestyle. Salad has become my GO TO! There have been several instances there online ordering is off by the hours of 5pm and on. When I do in advance
For pick up with ample enough time, I am ordering while I am still driving from Avon park, my salad is never done! I’m there still having to wait! The staff is rude and not friendly. I mean why get into food and beverage industry and you can’t even smile and greet the customer. I will not be going to this location and will just sacrifice doing pick in town on 27 w/out the dressing!

We are new to the area so instead of going in to town we came here to get something to eat. It was 8:40 and the lady was taking the trash to the door step and sat it down and turned off the subway light as we pulled up. So I walked up opened the door and asked if she was open to witch she replied "we are open for a few minutes" I asked oh what time do you close she responds 20 after 9. So I looked on Google it closed at 9:30 and to me that made sense as I haven't heard of anything closing at 9:20. It was clear she did not want to work so we just left and won't return!

Manager is very mean, sarcastic and had a bad service, she doesn't know how to deal and service the public been cordial, kind and with smile instead mad face.

I ask for a churro after paid my first order, and the response was "you have to pay for it" churro I can't grab as it's by the other side of the counter, so before have it, she have to give it to me and charge for the same avoiding sarcastic and problematics Comments.

Apart that, bread was old, churro was hard as a rock, and we were regular clients at this subway, as I'm a Lorida resident but with this attitude will never ever go there again.

I saw employees after employees coming and leaving that job, must of them pretty kimd, but this one, the the service from her is really horrible.

This subway lost regular customer more for the attitude than the poor quality of the food.
