We are sorely disappointed that management has decided that only one employee is needed to run the restaurant at a time. I’ve never seen any restaurant run by one employee and stay in business. This is a horrible mistake by management.
One employee to fulfill mobile orders, walk-in orders, baking bread and cookies, ringing up the orders, taking payment, and slicing the meat. Oh, and when does the poor employee get a break to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom?!?! This is outrageous. Can’t go on a lunch break. The employees at this location have always been good but it’s obvious management doesn’t care about them or the customers. I guess they want to go out of business!

They don’t wash their pans they rinse them out there’s roaches crawling all over in the front there flies in the sandwich the meat will be no good and it will still serve it I had food poisoning because the food was no good terrible place to eat at the employees are very rude The food gets put in a rubber tube they will go out back and smoke and not wash their hands if you’re not looking.. also I had asked if they use the same water they mop the bathroom floors with for the whole lobby and back of store and she said yes and to me that’s just disgusting.

I canceled my card because I couldn’t get the buy one get one free offer to download at the Subway in Sebring. I showed it to two different employees and both said oh well. So we left there and went around the corner and bought subs at Firehouse subs. Better subs anyways. This isn’t the first time I couldn’t get the stupid app to download. So it’s Firehouse from now on for us

I'm a DoorDash delivery driver. I went to pick up an order at this place and it seemed like I was a ghost because the employee didn't even make a gesture to greet me, much less ask me what I wanted, I was just standing there, like I was a vegetable. But when another person came in, I immediately greeted him and asked him what he wanted. I want to tell you something: I am also a customer, just like the customers who go there to order and eat their food, and you have the duty to serve me and ask me what I need, because I am just another customer. This woman is rude and disrespectful and lacks education, because she has to treat me the same way. She treats others. Because of these employees, that's how people say they are racist and discriminate against other people... this woman has no professional ethics to work in a place that serves the public.

The food was fine. I came in on Wednesday afternoon May 28th to find the worst attitude I have ever seen from their assistant manager. Rude to me for no reason, disrespectful to his employee and he practically threw my change at me. I don't know what that guy's problem is but he is awful. This is the assistant manager with tattoos and glasses just for the record. Terrible.

Mrs Angie was top notch! Me and my family came in to get some subs for our beach day. Although she was there alone, she handled all of our orders quickly and had great people skills! Such a sweet woman. We cant wait to be back

They had give me a cup with a fly in it after I put water in it and dumped it out and then went to get Root beer and it's was watery with no soda and I know they heard me about it when I was getting some soda but then my daughter got a Pepsi that was nasty and had to refresh different soda and I was looking forward nice soda to drink with my lunch and number #15 . $3.00 tip

This has been one of the best subways I've ever been to. I used to be a supervisor for multiple subways in New Orleans and the service is excellent. The right amount of product was actually put on the sandwich vs me having to ask for it.

No chicken on my grilled chicken.
As you can see, I ordered grill chix and got this. They sure are going downhill. I will have my company order from somewhere else next time. You would think they would learn that, good food/quality/amount will keeps customers...
