Today I bought 2 tuna sandwiches...we made the line...Kelly took care of us...we asked her to take the dough out of the bread so we could make the sandwich but Kelly did it with a bad attitude and preferred to pass the bread to another person to serve us... then Kelly left us waiting in line, she didn't finish making the sandwich and she began to serve an American family who were behind us because we spoke Spanish... my boyfriend spoke to her in English but she was annoyed with us, her discriminatory attitude was very strong....how much she took care of American people, she took care of us...a person like that should not be giving service, we are all the same.910 Sebring Square.., Sebring, FL 33870I would not return to this place...it is the image of a brand of a company...if you are in a job it is because you like it and you are not obliged to do it

What the heck - I order from Subway all of the time, at least 2-3 times a month - first time at this location - I rely on their consistency....I could not believe how "messy" and disappointed I was when I opened the 3 subs I bought - inconsistent - too much mayo - terrible cuts - definitely not "subway" standard - won't be going there again :(

2 people working 3.30pm on friday jan 6th 2023.. let me tell you.. she worked her butt off and knew her job precisely and the young man cashiering me out even under a lot of customers said ty for your patience.. I'd definitely stop again!

Had a coupon buy one get one and the cashier and manager said no because that kind of sandwhich wasn’t allowed. Tried to charge my grandson $30 for 2 sandwiches. Then fixed it to 20 without the coupon. It’s always been the most expensive sandwich is the price. I go here all the time because the girls were nice. This place changed and lost my business.

Commercial food is commercial food. I must say, it's been a while, since I had come back to this location. They have changed how it looks, however, what make the difference? is the individuals behind the counter who are providing customer service, Subway should honestly feel blessed to have Mike behind the counter. Mike is definitely last of the Mohigans when it comes to Hospitality, Great service, Great attitude, Great knowledge. One can only hope, that they recognize how valuable he is. Thank you again Mike, your a Gentleman at the busiest time of day, to when your wrapping up to go home for the evening.Look forward to visiting again.....
