This place used to be great, but since the new ownership, it's gone completely downhill.
The machines are ALWAYS broken, and we always need to get an employee (that doesn't seem to want to be there working) to go and push some buttons on the machine. The place is not kept clean like it used to - dirty machines, dirty tables/chairs. Some of the froyo comes out of the machines melting and almost completely liquid.
It's the only froyo place in town so it's a shame that the new owner is not interested in keeping the spirit of the old ownership alive. My kids used to love going here, but it's disappointing now.

Used to love this place, but now it’s gross. Walked in, grabbed a cup and it had melted fro-yo inside of it. There’s dirt and sticky stuff and chocolate on the floors, the walls, etc. I went to use the hot fudge and it exploded on me and the two girls behind the counter could not have cared less. They were sitting behind the register on their phones the entire time we were there. The bathroom was filthy and you couldn’t get the paper towels as the dispenser was broken or something. They just sit on their phones instead of cleaning or making sure this food establishment is sanitary. It’s a shame they’re going to run this place into the ground.

Dirty outside, windows filthy. Inside the store two girls sitting behind the counter. 3 tables dirty. 4 machines not working. Stale Snickers topping. Whoever owns this franchise needs to pay a visit to the store and get the girls up and working!! I will not be going back and I will highly recommend NO one go to this location!

Every time we go in there, a few ice cream machines are out of order and they are out of flavors. We went last night and 3 machines out of order and 4 ice creams were out. Leaving 3 flavors that no one likes.

I took my daughter and her friend to sweet frogs on Saturday we walked in. It was so loud they had inappropriate music playing on the TV. My daughter looked at it and she said mom what is trap music that is not appropriate for a place where little kids are. There Were two employees there one of the girls was at the register and it looks like she was a little too young to be working and either her sister or her mom was sitting there with her the whole time they was both sitting by the register. My daughter loves to come here. I love to take her to sweet frogs. It’s the best froyo ever.

Since new ownership, it seems like this Sweet Frogs has gone down hill. During our visit, there were two employees. Neither one of them greeted, or even acknowledged us when we walked in. Both girls were sitting down, scrolling on their phones. One of them even had her back to us while shoving McDonald’s in her mouth. It was also noticed that several machines were out of service… When it was time to checkout, the girl put her phone down, checked us out and didn’t say a word. As soon as the transaction was completed, she sat back down and immediately got back on her phone. The atmosphere did not appear clean and our table was sticky. As we were eating, I also noticed that one of the girls kept scooping out candy into her bare hand and was eating it from the station. It was just very disappointing to see Sweet Frogs this way. We have always loved bringing our kids here.

Unfortunately under this new management this place isn’t the same. Most of the time the machines need to be reset because they aren’t working or out of order. The cleanliness is terrible frozen yogurt dripping on the walls and the employees don’t seem to even want to be working there.

A very popular and sometimes crowded self-serve yogurt shop where you can choose among lots of yogurt flavors and varieties of toppings and pay by the ounce (73 cents per ounce today) for your frozen treat. Not inexpensive but an unusual treat at this store in a strip shopping center off U.S. 27. It does seem maintenance of the machines after all these years is a problem as most were not working today.
