I didn’t get no silverware with my big order and the girl at the drive thru didn’t say not one word to me handed me my food didn’t say nothing as well . Very rude why do people like this get hired . Will be contacting corporate

I hate how you try to be nice to these workers and they are the worst they make the experience so much worse than what it needs to be. If you can handle a simple conversation where I’m being nice you gotta have a smart remark like no just go work somewhere where you don’t talk to people

Subject: Poor Customer Service and Online Order Issue
I visited Taco Bell recently and placed an online order—something I don’t usually do. My son actually handled the order for me. Instead of ordering at the drive-through speaker, we went directly to the window, assuming we just needed to pay there. That was my mistake.
When I explained the situation, the male employee immediately said, “Next time you need to order at the window.” I apologized and asked if he wanted me to come back around. He responded with a frustrated tone, “No, that’s okay,” clearly annoyed. A female employee in the background repeated the same thing.
We gave the name for the order, and he told us to park by the curbside pickup area. We waited a while, but nothing happened. Eventually, the young man came back out and told us that the order didn’t register due to internet issues, and that another customer had experienced the same problem.
My son had already paid online, so he asked, “If I show you the order, can you fulfill it?” The employee said he needed to check, went back inside, and returned to say that his manager would not allow him to complete the order.
We left without our food, despite having paid for it. Although I was able to get a refund through the app for my order. I understand that technical problems happen, but the attitude and lack of willingness to work with us made the experience worse. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving service and communication at this location.

Ordered carry out but ate inside car, too hungry to wait till we got home and wanted to enjoy it hot. It was excellent!

Highly recommend using their app. It'll save you $ on increasingly higher food costs. Build a luxe box with 3 items and a drink for $7+ tax.
Then, just pull up to the drive thru, give em your name and confirm your order. Grab your food and away to enjoy your day. Can't beat it.
