Was ordering by The drive thru, person who took my order was super rude and cut me off, because they made a miatake on my order and I corrected him, never coming back.

Today, I visited Taco Bell and ordered six Chicken Crips Tacos. The service and food was exceptional! The employee at the drive-thru window was professional and courteous, making the experience delightful. The person in the kitchen must have followed Taco Bell's food preparation instructions to a tee because the food was wrapped and presented in a way I've never experienced at any other Taco Bell in the USA. The team working during this shift displayed masterful professionalism and deserved recognition. Their outstanding service has ensured that I will return to Taco Bell more often. My husband went to the drive thru in Sebring today. He ordered a soft shell taco supreme and added extra sour cream. The extra S C was in the end and falling out, as if it was shot in at the last second. ALSO re: the chips and cheese … the cheese cup had been scooped out to almost nothing inside it. (See photo) this was upon opening it for the first time. There are spoon imprints in the cup. The chips were in the bag upside down and spilled all over the inside bottom of the bag. Ugh! I’m fed up with our Taco Bell in Sebring.
I had recently downloaded the app and accrued a few problems. I went through the drive thru late night. The man that took care of me did a great job with everything. He took my order, showed me around the app and some of the new features of it. Wish I could have caught his name to give credit where it's due. We need more people in customer service like him.

Staff has been friendly and food fantastic as of late. A lot of the issues that used to happen seem to have been fixed. Hopefully things stay good and keep getting better

Highly recommend using their app. It'll save you $ on increasingly higher food costs. Build a luxe box with 3 items and a drink for $7+ tax.
Then, just pull up to the drive thru, give em your name and confirm your order. Grab your food and away to enjoy your day. Can't beat it.
