Today, I visited Taco Bell and ordered six Chicken Crips Tacos. The service and food was exceptional! The employee at the drive-thru window was professional and courteous, making the experience delightful. The person in the kitchen must have followed Taco Bell's food preparation instructions to a tee because the food was wrapped and presented in a way I've never experienced at any other Taco Bell in the USA.

I had recently downloaded the app and accrued a few problems. I went through the drive thru late night. The man that took care of me did a great job with everything. He took my order, showed me around the app and some of the new features of it. Wish I could have caught his name to give credit where it's due. We need more people in customer service like him.
