Stopped in for a drink and to check the place out. Christopher, the bartender, greeted us at the door, and was both personal and professional. He told all about the place and it's history. I had the IPA, which was great, and my wife had a cocktail with their home made lemon vodka. Also very good. She liked it so much that we purchased a bottle. Would definitely stop in again when in the area.

Had a nice date lunch here with the wife. Food was definitely made right and was flavorful and filling. We had the Ruben Burger and the Philly Cheesesteak as recommended by our super cool server. We also had the onion ring appetizer which was really good as well.

Overall, we had a fantastic lunch and left knowing we had a great spot to come back too for their other delicious looking selections!

Stumbled on this spot as we were visiting the area on a Friday afternoon. Beers were cold, food was good but live music was the best part. Solid selection of local brews. Burger I ordered was delicious. Loved the live music. Definitely, looking forward to returning next time I’m in the area.

The 301 is an awesome spot right in the heart of Sebring’s Circle! Several nights a week there is great live music, and during happy hour you’ll find a solid lineup of craft drinks. One of the best parts is being able to order food from the connected Brew Ha Ha eatery—perfect combo of good eats and good vibes. Their beer selection is top-notch, featuring local breweries, their own creations, and even some of the big-name classics. My personal favorite is the CPA (Circle Pale Ale), a great nod to Sebring’s iconic Circle. A great modern steam-punk vibe!

Overpriced bar food. Beers are not good here. Only viable drinks here are ciders, so go if you like flavored ciders.

As a regular Tuesday night attendee to see Lee & Mason Allcorn, Mini provides the best service and really is the highlight of the night. Always on top of things. Makes us feel at home.

Absolutely love coming to 3:01, especially when April is behind the bar! She was the only bartender working on a busy bingo night and still made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Super friendly, fast, and always makes you feel welcome. April is a rockstar!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Insanely rude bartending/serving staff, huge buzzkill, terrible first experience. terrible enough to never come back and not recommend anyone to come. The 1 star comes from the friendly kitchen workers
