After being ignored and walked out of another restaurant in Bardmoor Promenade, our party of five—including a 2-year-old—came to Applebee’s as a second attempt to have dinner.
Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us promptly, asked for our party size, and seated us quickly with menus. Unfortunately, that was the end of any service we received.
Not once did a server come to our table—not to greet us, take a drink order, explain a delay, or even acknowledge that we were there. We waited about 15 minutes, taking turns walking our increasingly hungry and restless toddler outside to keep him calm.
The restaurant was clearly not busy: two people at the bar, one high-top table, one table of eight, and a few guests seated on the far side of the restaurant. There was no visible reason for the complete lack of attention.
Eventually, feeling completely invisible, we packed up and left without a single word from any staff member.
It’s shocking to experience such poor service twice in one night, in the same plaza. This visit was incredibly frustrating, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Great place to bring your kids and family out to eat. Basically because there's not a whole lot of people there for my four kids to torture during their dinner. And I can't forget they have plenty of crayons to break LOL

The occasion was veterans Day and because of that, it was busier than usual. This particular location has always been a favorite because of how well they deal with unexpected high volume traffic. We had a very pleasant meal and the service was very pleasant.

Today is my second day the I visit Applebee's and is my favorite restaurant because I like the Pina Colada but in this place they not make good Pina Colada,, terrible, no flavor like pineapple and coconut nothing close of that, and I was last night for my son birthday Nov18, but and not going to the place no more, no good Pina Colada in this place. My sister and I had lunch there yesterday and had the best salad, their oriental grilled chicken salad. Our hostess & waitress were super friendly!!! Love the new remodel, it looks great inside.

This is an excellent location and the food has been spectacular every time I go. The staff do a great job and the manager is usually keeping busy behind the bar and serving customers as well. Fully recommend this location to anyone, plenty of parking since it's at a shopping center and ample seating for large groups.
