Sad at the bar usually you get better service that way but seems the place was practically empty less than 15 people in the whole restaurant ask the bartender to specifically make sure the french fries were fresh and they were soggy and cold very disappointing service sucked the food sucked I'll never go back sorry about how it is this place along with thousands of other restaurants need a secret shopper I'm available for IM me if you are interested in the service thank you

i've eaten it many Applebee's and most of the time it's good service. I visited this location yesterday Sunday afternoon on my lunch break.3/324I usually just sit at the bar and there was a seat so I sat down and I waited ... 10 minutes went by. I asked the guy next to me. Is there somebody at the bar? He said yeah she's got tables too.So at this point, I started watching my watch, and I waited more at 16 I'm mumbled under my breath. At this rate I might as well go somewhere else. The gentleman next to me said you obviously doesn't know what it's like to be a server.. excuse me i said and he ranted a little bit about being a server because he's a serverI said, I only have so much lunchtime and we're now on 18 minutes and nobody's even asked me if I wanted a drink. Here's a menu I'll be right with you nothing ..At that point finally the young girl came over I guess she was done with what she was doing and she said is everything all right I said yeah I was getting ready to leave but since you're here, so can I get such and such. The guy next to me had a lot of drinks and he spewed out some more stuff and I looked at her and I said, do you hear this? she looked at me and said I heard you you said you were leaving so I left.Never had a 20 minute wait to be greeted and never had such a rude little server in my life im guessing the drunk guy was a friend or boyfriend . I don't know what happened to this particular Applebee's but I don't think it represents what corporate wants it to be, she should be fired.

The servers do a great job, but while the food at this location is edible, the healthier offerings have been poorly cooked. Including repeatedly overcooked and dry salmon served with undercooked and cold vegetables. The fried foods have been spot on.As far as atmosphere, the temperature is so cold in this restaurant that people talked about it each of the three times I was in.If you find yourself desperate for a late night dinner, wear a jacket and stick to the fried food here.

The food was pretty good. What I was not expecting was probably the meanest, rudest, most horrible person I have ever met, to be my server. Noel was our server and when I say she is the meanest witch to walk the earth I am not kidding. She was rude to everyone and I even heard her yelling/screaming at the bartender and crew in the back. One of the people I went with said she’s been there before and that they always do what they can to not get sat with her. I will NOT be back to this location until Noel is gone. Management needs to hire better people. Ridiculous!
