I’ve been to this Applebees location a few times and the food is almost always great. This visit we had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp special with Mashed Potatoes. Taste was pretty decent for everything. Also had the Classic Cheeseburger & fries. Everything came out hot which was great. I also ordered the “Tipsy Leprechaun” cocktail which had a nice flavor. Great place for eats and socializing with a nice atmosphere.
It took 20 mins for us to get our appetizer out (Mozzarella sticks)
Then another 40 mins after getting our appetizer to get our entree.
Our server was not good.
And we we did get our entrees the food was cold.
We immediately asked for a manger, which he had an attitude with us.

We were extremely disappointed in how poor the service was. Our waitress was okay to start but then the dressing for one salad was wrong. It took until my husband was finished with his before the correct dressing came for mine. After that we waited way too long for our entrees to come, without the waitress reassuring us. My plate still had the broccoli in a plastic bag. Very poor and unappetizing presentation. My husband ordered coke and the waitress never said we serve Pepsi. He would have asked for something else .

Place was filthy, waitress wasn't really all that good,took for ever to get appetizers, really wasn't all that hot,warm at best,food came out,and wasn't that good for my family,mine was the worst,found HAIR in mine l,asked for a Mgr and mgr never showed up,sent my food back,and food never came back,but by god my bill showed up,waited and mgr never showed up,and still had too pay all of bill and never got my food back,paid and will never go back,

The food was delicious and warm, and the server was kind, but it took absolutely forever to get our food.
The temperature was so cold that by the time our OVERCOOKED food came it was cold within minutes. No wonder the place was empty. The only thing good was the waitress.

Took forever to get the food and it was actually a slow day.. Server was not friendly at all ... not a single friendly word or smile and we had to remind her even regarding some basic items. Food is edable at best. Chicken breast has an industrial texture like lab grown meat. Basically a tasteless chunk of something. Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad had 5 halves of very small strawberries and tomatoe pieces are pretty much non existent.

The female bar tender was doing everyone else's job. The male bar tender had issues and sulked in the corner. The waitresses were basically useless. I asked for rare and I had definitely well done steak did not send it back because I thought as bad as a service was that evening I would have a piece of steak that was used as a hockey puck before coming back.
