Just stopped in for a soft serve cone which I always regret... Dairy! I thought their person at the counter was most excellent and the store was pristine clean 🫧.

Nina is an incredible employee! I came to Burger King this morning tired grouchy and her voice and attitude was such a joy to hear I left with fresh French toast sticks and a smile on my face, turned my whole day around . She deserves recognition for her kind soul. We need more Nina’s in this world.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I got the mushroom and Swiss burger combo. I was told they don't have the buns for the Swiss burger, fine. Apparently they don't have mushrooms either because there weren't any on the burger. I understand if you're out of buns but missing the pivotal item was pretty subpar. That said, the fries were hot and the drink was cold. I should have stopped at the five guys two doors down for a better meal at the same price.

Walked up to the counter and manager wouldn't even say hi good morning or nothing and just stared at me when I use the gift card she kind of gave a huff and kind of rude about it
Horrible location. Don’t bother wasting your time. You’ll sit in the drive thru with no customers in the lobby and not get help. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Major fail.

Burger King is a well-known fast-food chain that promises quick and convenient meals. Unfortunately, my recent visit to one of their locations was incredibly disappointing. After pulling up to the drive-thru, I was greeted by a staff member who asked me to wait a moment, but I ended up waiting for several minutes before anyone even attempted to take my order. In reality, no one ever responded. Meanwhile, another person at the second window seemed to be facing the same issue. We’re in the 21st century, and a fast-food restaurant should provide quick and efficient service, which is the very foundation of this concept. Waiting over 10 minutes just to begin the ordering process is absolutely unacceptable. Eventually, frustrated by the complete lack of response from the staff, I decided to leave empty-handed. Such an experience leaves much to be desired. If a fast-food chain cannot provide adequate customer service in such a crucial area as speed, it really makes you question whether it’s worth coming back. I hope Burger King improves its standards because, at this point, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who values their time. Avoid this place unless you have an hour to waste just to get a burger from Burger King. Good luck! This happened January 21 2025 around 5:20pm

this burger king sucks i waited 30 min for friggin mozzerella sticks like damn they make us wait at the first window and wont let us pull up when people are literally honking at me to move up and when i get to the window she says “their not ready yet that’s why i asked you to stay at the first window.” we pulled up and watched 3 cars get their food and then some other lady came out finally with our food and she was so sweet to us but the other lady made us just feel so annoyed with our visit, when your taking a long time to get the food at least make sure you are the least bit respectful 😒

I was going to complain but after seeing all the 1 star reviews already I can tell that this establishments owners MUST be the problem. It's sad that people cam be so unaware and just useless. The location this store is at keeps the doors open just because of traffic. What a disappointment ad also a learning experience. This is the worst fastfood on Seminole Blvd. Trash!
