Tracy told us to wait at the first window to not pull up to the second window so we waited and waited for 15 minutes and no one ever came so we pulled up to the second window and she treated us like absolute garbage and like we were inconveniencing her . She proceeded to then yell at the old man waiting in line behind us ! Got home food was ice cold !

Literally 6:45 on a Saturday. They have literally kept me waiting and the drive-thru with only one person at the window. How do you expect you get fast food service on Saturday but only one personl. Horrible service would not recommend

I was once an everyday customer, but I got tired of waiting in line for over 10 minutes for my food. Even when I would go in the morning and I'm the only car in line, I still have to wait a while and my hashbrown always cold. I give up; I will no longer go to this location.

Years ago the fish sandwich was called the Whaler and it was so good.Don't buy it now, double plus ungodly. The bun, for example, is not the same, nor as good as a Whopper bun. No seeds. The fish was tasteless as well, like cardboard. Didn't think McDonald's fish sandwich would be better, but it is.High score for BK regular burgers.Both employees at drive-thru windows were Chick-fil-A-worthy.So I write because I really miss that old Whaler that once pleased me so much.

Okay we got to talk about this stupid drive-thru so let me get this straight is this how management runs this they take somebody's order they make these people's food they make these people pay they make these people wait and only when they're done with that person will they take another order I was in the Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes for God's sake it's 2:30 in the afternoon there was only one person ahead of me the workers are really sweet but why would management make a decision like this I came here before and they make me sit at the pay window until the guy comes out and he waved me forward like it's a car wash this is weird I won't be coming back..

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Staff didn’t even try to look like they cared that I just ordered over $30 worth of food through their app and shoo’d me away just now like I was just such a bother to them. Literally no one even behind me in line or anything. Didn’t try to help me resolve the issue that for whatever reason my order wasn’t showing up in their system or anything. People like this should not work in customer service. The manager didn’t even want to speak with me and gave me the same demeanor. I’m honestly in shock at how I was treated. I am not the type to even leave these bad ratings, but that was absolutely ridiculous. I will never be returning

Only takes one order per person/car, goes for dine in too. While taking the first one employees tend to make the next car wait 5 to 15 minutes just because getting food and taking transactions an so on until it everything finalized with just that one vehicle at the window. Mind you there are people on (30 minutes lunch break throughout the area) to say the least Wendy’s is much MUCH faster getting people in and out as a Fast Food restaurant I’d like to see the same at this location don’t care about the excuses. Very displeased on your timing. Do better

Manager Steven was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Was rushing us to order even though we were the only ones in the store, would interrupt us when we would try to order, was not listening, and still got our order wrong. When we needed a refund on a meal we did not order we threw the money and our food at us and shut the window.

AVOID THIS BURGER KING!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Horrible experience! The manager acted nice at first but became increasingly worse until the end when he was screaming at me. He should have been screaming at his sandwich maker.I go through the drive through and order a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, mayo, heavy lettuce, heavy onion on it. With a short drive through that leads directly into the street I was asked to pull up to the line at the street and wait.I had asked for extra straws and napkins. They weren't in the bag, so before pulling off, I requested them again. There was a spot in another business' parking lot to pull around to, which would then circle around to the drive through again I found out, so I was directed there. The manager came out with the napkins and straws, and since I was already parked, I opened my sandwich.It was missing the onion and lettuce I had paid for and had the nasty yellow mustard on it.I pulled through the drive through and told the manager and he said he'd correct it. I had to tell him "No" regarding pickles twice. So when I got the sandwich, guess what was on there?And I'm allergic to pickles, as my arms rash up.I had looked at the sandwich before pulling to the other parking lot, but only saw the heavy onion and lettuce.I bit into it and found the pickles. I was pissed. I'm also autistic, so I had to take some time to cool down and think through what I needed to say.I went inside and opened it up to show them. He wanted to know "what was wrong this time" and I held up the pickles and said I'm allergic to pickles and remined him I had to correct him twice.I insisted he upgrade to a Whopper. I had to get a napkin to wipe off my hands and was going to hand him the receipt so they could get the order right this time, but he insisted he didn't need it, and he recited what I had ordered.I still checked the sandwich before leaving.Tomato was on it. I had not asked for tomato. At least I'm not allergic to tomato.Then the manager decided to get mad at me, because I had "created a mess" on his counter.Yeah, the opened sandwich with pickles was still there, and the tomatoes I had put beside it before I was to walk out. He yelled at me to clean it up, and only because I'm a nice guy did I do it. I should have just walked out and let him clean up his own mess. I did tell him he should have gotten the order right. He didn't care. He yelled at me to leave.AVOID THIS BURGER KING!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The slowest Burger King possible. I was in line for over 25 mins with one car ahead of me and the lady kept saying "look at the menu I'll be right with you" like I've been to slow drive thrus but it's unbelievable how slow this Burger King is.
