I thought I was ordering Chick-fil-A, not McDonald’s. I ordered cheese on sandwich, got none Ordered sauces, did not get. Ordered chicken tortillas soup, was dry with no tortillas strips. Ordered chicken noodle soup… mushy and juiceless. Ordered nuggets, got Mayo for the Chick-fil-A sauce…. Really????? 95.00 order, you would think that someone would make sure it’s right!!!!! Had an issue with not getting soup on order before this one. This is the Seminole location and I doubt I will spend any more money there!!!! Will take me a while to get over this, so saying BYE to Chick-fil-A

I ordered 2 orders of bacon and a fruit cup. I received 4 and 1/2 very small extremely thin pieces of bacon. I questioned the number of pieces, as the photos in the app and on the menu online show 3 pieces of bacon in a single order. I did not receive 6 pieces, they shorted me. After my party and I noticed the unbelievably thin, short, and completely missing bacon, I ate it. I realized that I was interrupted while taking a pic and didn't snap it after all. I have food allergies so this was my entire breakfast. I was starving and had to stop for a protein bar this afternoon.
I will not return. Low quality food and orders are not correctly filled, or perhaps they shorted my order to cut corners, while the customer pays full price for sub-par food. Either way you look at it, this is bad service and low quality food. 👎

What a pleasant surprise! This was my first EVER visit to a Chick-fil-a. We were greeted by a friendly woman at the door, Carter was friendly and offered beverage refills and Brian at the counter was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
