They messed up my sandwich and gave me a half empty cold fry =( that’s just what I needed after a long day.

After a bad experience, we decided after 6 months to give this place another try. Decided to try the curbside pickup. After waiting and watching them empty every car out of the drive thru, at least 20 cars, we finally get our order. Thinking it would be hot and fresh since we were the last to get served. Nope! Food was disgusting, over cooked dry nuggets, hard chicken sandwich and old hard fries.
Couldn’t, Shouldn’t and wouldn’t eat it and get sick. We ordered a pizza so we had something to eat for dinner and by now it’s 9:00pm. $21 wasted on food that those who “prepared” it WOULDN’T eat and another $30 for pizza. People complain about 5 guys prices but when you have to spend $50 plus because the of poor quality control and poor management, I’ll take a good fresh meal from 5 guys or for better chicken we will just return to raising cane’s.
Oh, the cherry coke was good.

Oh my goodness order Chick-fil-A for the whole team originally they forgot our sandwiches. was nice enough to call us back to get them but they were so greasy,!!!

ordered a meal in drive through, no tomatoes due to a REAL allergy not a preference.. they gave me extra tomatoes…
so i had to throw the sandwich away leaving my 10 year old without dinner .. called and asked for a refund.. they stated i have to ley then know THEY MADE A MISTAKE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH… The whole point is so you can buy food in a hurry.. its FAST FOOD .. now i have to throw away 7 dollars on a sandwich because they are lazy and find my child another meal past dinner time..

Food here is a hit or miss due to the temperature of food served! I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food each time I come to this location! I’ve noticed when I don’t I get breakfast sandwiches with cold sliced cheese and crumbled bacon or a falling apart biscuit. I’ve even received half cooked biscuits on the chicken minis before. Now for lunch at times I’ve received chicken sandwiches with little to no crunch as for the breading due to sogginess or rarely any breading at all. The grilled chicken is may not be fresh either when I order it and so dry also doesn’t appear to be even real chicken! It’s like a patty of some sort or mixed up meat with fake grill marks! I don’t know”” I mean it’s just a hit or miss with this location and some of the others in Pinellas as well! Also the lemonade lacks the right amount of sugar at this place and the workers don’t seem to always understand the concept of what light ice means as the cup is either full to the top with ice only allowing so much liquid or it’s half full and that’s not light ice! I’m just not happy with this location at all! Again I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food to ensure my chances of getting it here as fresh food should be standard with any restaurant especially a chic fil a restaurant of whom I hold to higher standard! Please if management reads this I’d like a better experience, it’s my hard earned money. Your earning yours so let me get the best of the best service for mines.

The drive thru system here makes absolutely no sense. Taking 21 minutes to get through the line after 9 PM when other people who arrived at least 10 minutes after you get their food first is nuts. Also, as an aside, over filling drinks so that fruit punch is coming through the top of the lid and spills on my companion’s clothes in the car is also really annoying. Very disappointed in my experience.

If you go early when they open, service is good, any time after that, forget it. Sat in line after ordering on my mobile app for 25 minutes. Canceled my order and went somewhere else. For the price, not worth the wait

I agree with the review posted by "E". HUGE remodel, probably tons of money spent....HUGE FAIL!! With the inability to pay where we used to order, and a ridiculous merge on the far side, the wait time in the drive thru went from about 5 minutes to minimum 20 minutes on a Thursday mid-morning (I timed it)!! I'm sad that it's so close to my house because I can go out of my way to the new Tyrone store and back in the time it takes to go around your "new" building once. Last Thursday you received your last dollar from me.

Who ever thought of this business idea, should be fired. This is the WORST dual drive thru I've ever been to. People aren't intelligent anymore, so the whole merging thing just isn't for the dumb. Lady beeping at people, then trying to get ahead of people because she doesn't understand the concept. I just sat in a chick fila drive thru for 30 MINUTES, half of it was listening to this lady. Your speaker is still wayyy too close to the road. This was absolutely ridiculous. Never again

Love the food but they did that whole remodel and didn't even do anything about the driveway or entrance except making the 2nd drive-thru lane longer. The traffic on park trying to enter and the traffic jam if you need to get through the plaza is still horrible.

(This review is not about food or service.) I had imagined that the big remodel would partially focus on fixing the horrible traffic situation: No improvement whatsoever.

Also, all that money spent on partially covering the ordering lanes & it doesn't even extend past the drive-thru speakers (really great in the rain ??).
