Chicken Salad Chick

I am a first time customer, it was a little busy after a big rush Kaitlyn was very welcoming and kind. She offered samples to my friend and I. She noticed I felt bad for holding people up and said “don’t feel rushed no matter how busy it is you’re welcome to try samples. You are just as important as other customers are.” I ended up getting a seasonal flavor for my food instead of traditional. The food is just as amazing as she was. Thank you Kaitlyn

This is a busy spot, but I love the food! I have a severe peanut 🥜 and nut 🌰 allergy, as well as sesame so eating out is tricky. The sweet young lady who took my order took this very seriously. She brought over the binder with the ingredients and we went through it together to find something I could eat. That small gesture translates into a big deal for me because she didn’t just brush me off, she didn’t just say, “I think you’ll be okay…” She took the time to allow me to make an informed decision. And that is much appreciated. I wish I could remember her name, but I didn’t grab it! I had the egg salad and potato soup and both were a perfect portion and delicious. My friend ordered something else and loved it. I do enjoy their food. A tad on the pricier side, but still delicious nonetheless!

Dietary restrictions: Very helpful! They have a binder!

Parking: Parking is at a minimum as there are a ton of other shops around.

Kid-friendliness: This is a relaxed atmosphere.

My first time here- the iced tea was great, as was the broccoli salad. I walked over to another store with my iced tea... the bottom fell out and filled my new on cloud shoe with iced tea. I took it back in to show them and the first person sort of just shrugged it off. I walked to the manager and she sort of did too... at least an offer of a napkin would have been nice. Now I have a wet shoe and no drink...

So I like this place and the food. But I'm very disappointed today. Not only they forgot my chips, I found a piece of hair on my pickle. It ruined my lunch.

November 2024… same great food and believe it or not I had the same selections (although I did sample a few which were also delicious). This review is more focused on the excellent service receipt from Kelsey. She was warm friendly answered all my questions without seeming annoyed. It was just truly a pleasure engaging with her. Often times people talk about the young folks and how they don’t have good customer service skills. I found exactly the opposite in Kelsey and wanted to give her a special shout out!

2022 review…Amazing 2nd experience here! The Chick Lauryn's Lemon Basil on a croissant with chicken tortilla cup of soup was absolutely delicious. Kickin' Kay Lynne scoop to go for lunch tomorrow. Love all the choices

I think it was pretty good! It’s the best chicken salad I’ve found outside of my mom’s! Service was very nice. I was able to sit outside and they had nice patio furniture! Great quick bite!

I noticed the employees in the back preparing the food don't wear hair nets, which could be the reason I found a hair in my chicken salad sandwich.
