It’s always a pleasant experience dining at this Chicken Salad Chick…The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Food was excellent as always as well!! The Christmas decorations also look great throughout the interior and also the exterior of the restaurant!!!

To be honest.. i expected it to be blah. but to my surprise there was so much variety. the sides are what sister me the most. broccoli salad, grape salad what?? yes... And all the chicken selection have a different variation. the chicken quality itself is at the top for me. i have been back a cpl times now. it's not in my city so i get it when I'm in the right area.. If you see a chicken salad chick..... Stop. Get out of the car and see what I'm talking about. if you keep driving and miss out.. don't say i didn't tell you. Oh don't forget to get a good ole glass of sweet tea. and not that kind with lemon. southern sweet tea.. mmmmm🤤 makes me want to order food now. lol and a sweet tea of course.

First visit and was met with the best customer service! They have many flavors and Tina let me sample a few of her favorites. So helpful and kind. Have not been sooner since they’re closed on Sundays so just a heads up!

I couldn’t talk higher of this place. First, the chicken salad is insanely good. But at this CSC specifically there’s something special about the employees. I’ve never had anything but absolute kindness and warmness every time I’ve gone to this location. Everyone working seems genuinely happy. I really felt at home and it’s all because of the employees. I drive out of the way to come to this one.

I am a first time customer, it was a little busy after a big rush Kaitlyn was very welcoming and kind. She offered samples to my friend and I. She noticed I felt bad for holding people up and said “don’t feel rushed no matter how busy it is you’re welcome to try samples. You are just as important as other customers are.” I ended up getting a seasonal flavor for my food instead of traditional. The food is just as amazing as she was. Thank you Kaitlyn

This is a busy spot, but I love the food! I have a severe peanut 🥜 and nut 🌰 allergy, as well as sesame so eating out is tricky. The sweet young lady who took my order took this very seriously. She brought over the binder with the ingredients and we went through it together to find something I could eat. That small gesture translates into a big deal for me because she didn’t just brush me off, she didn’t just say, “I think you’ll be okay…” She took the time to allow me to make an informed decision. And that is much appreciated. I wish I could remember her name, but I didn’t grab it! I had the egg salad and potato soup and both were a perfect portion and delicious. My friend ordered something else and loved it. I do enjoy their food. A tad on the pricier side, but still delicious nonetheless!

Parking: Parking is at a minimum as there are a ton of other shops around.

My first time here- the iced tea was great, as was the broccoli salad. I walked over to another store with my iced tea... the bottom fell out and filled my new on cloud shoe with iced tea. I took it back in to show them and the first person sort of just shrugged it off. I walked to the manager and she sort of did too... at least an offer of a napkin would have been nice. Now I have a wet shoe and no drink...
