When I went in it was really busy! The person behind the counter, Destiny (Its a Monday... She was the only person working!) took care of everyone quickly and with a smile! And the ice cream was delicious to boot! 🍦 😄

Just got some great ice cream with a side of amazing customer service!! Sierra was so friendly, patient and professional, I really hope her manager sees this and give her a free ice cream or something to acknowledge her work ethic and customer service. We will definitely be driving back to this location again even though the closest one to us is in pinellas park. Great job cold stone and Thank you Sierra you ate amazing!!

staff were very nice but the chocolate ice cream was not , nor was the cone. The waffle cone was tasteless like cardboard and the ice cream slimy. it was on top of what appeared to be a freshly opened container of ice cream. THE COST WAS EVEN WORSE
especially when i discarded it after 2/3 bites. The cakes in the showcase looked fresh. Not for sure what to think . Not a hood experience

My daughter loves going to this Cold Stone location! We go there almost every week. The location is great, the service is great and we really like the vibe. The employees are super polite and helpful. Best ice cream place in the area!

My family and I have been Cold Stone fans for 20 years. We were so excited to find out that we moved within 5 minutes of one last June. We have been going to the Seminole location every other week since then. We had a great experience most of the time. But over the last few months things have changed, and not in a good way. None of the staff seem to know what they are doing and they aren’t consistent with their portioning. My husband gets a signature shake and it’s not right half the time. This evening I was handed a shorted cup that was covered in melted ice cream. It’s one of the pricier ice cream shops that we’ve visited, but we never really minded before because we loved what we got and we felt Like we were getting our moneys worth. Sadly that’s just not the case anymore. I hardly ever leave a negative review, but I’m so bummed that I’m ready to give up one of our favorite outings.

Amazing ice cream!! We bought a petite cake for $5 to take home and it was delicious!!!

This place was a great. It’s hidden in the back of Seminole city center next to the movie theater! They had a line of customers but we only waited three minutes. Service was 5 star!!!!!
