Ordered from here before with Uber eats and quality and quantity was great. This time I ordered Somewhere Over the Rain-dough and also a pint of my own mix. The Somewhere Over the Rain-dough had no dough no nothing. Horrible. The point with my own creation had the most rancid tasting ice cream I've ever had with barely any mixings and what it has in it for cookies were stale and tasted as if they were left in some area where they took on the flavor of whatever yucky substance they were near. Disgusting and no refund!!!

Visited cold stone in Seminole yesterday evening.
I had a strawberry ice cream, my husband butter pecan.
Both ice cream tasteless. My strawberry didn't taste like strawberry at all. Same with butter pecan.
Won't return. Would not recommend. There are better ice cream stores around.

The owner was so rude and got mad at me and my boyfriend for going to the bathroom at separate times The employees were super nice and very respectful, terrible management though

When I went in it was really busy! The person behind the counter, Destiny (Its a Monday... She was the only person working!) took care of everyone quickly and with a smile! And the ice cream was delicious to boot! 🍦 😄

Just got some great ice cream with a side of amazing customer service!! Sierra was so friendly, patient and professional, I really hope her manager sees this and give her a free ice cream or something to acknowledge her work ethic and customer service. We will definitely be driving back to this location again even though the closest one to us is in pinellas park. Great job cold stone and Thank you Sierra you ate amazing!!

staff were very nice but the chocolate ice cream was not , nor was the cone. The waffle cone was tasteless like cardboard and the ice cream slimy. it was on top of what appeared to be a freshly opened container of ice cream. THE COST WAS EVEN WORSE
especially when i discarded it after 2/3 bites. The cakes in the showcase looked fresh. Not for sure what to think . Not a hood experience
