I've tried several times. I appreciate what they're doing, but seems very overpriced. They create a sense of urgency by only making flavors available temporarily. Great marketing, and generating hype though. I'll still go because my kids like it but its not for me.

Weirdly unprofessional, even for a cookie place. A woman working there (I assume the manager) was loudly and vocally flipping off another employee who was off work and ordering cookies. A different teenage employee attempted to correct her and she said she “didn’t care.” There were children present, as well.

Overpriced and way to sweet publix cookies are better
Store is amazing. First time into a Crumbl Cookie Store. Staff were amazing and friendly. I asked what this one cookie was. One of the women in the back said it was good. The cookies are overrated! First one, I tried was the Birthday Cake Confetti. The icing is so sweet, it's sour. Then the artificial dyes makes me sick. Second one was the Chocolate Chip cookie. It was hard. I'm not a fan of hard cookies. The other cookie, Benson Boone’s Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie, I haven't tried. Over all, I don't see myself buying cookies again at any store.
