First time I have ever gone to Crumbl & it was a terrible experience. Stood at the front counter for 15 minutes and watched the employees running around filling orders but not one stopped to help me. They were extremely overwhelmed & I had to ask for help. Ordered 4 cookies & order was wrong. Was overcharged for something I never ordered. What a disappointment..
