Great burgers
I was surprised at how generous and kind and pleasant the staff was and how they bring your food right to the table for you.. and the food was very good. And I enjoyed the diet root beer. I am a diabetic and can't drink the regular root beer so really enjoy the diet.

At precisely 9:50 in the evening, accompanied by a companion of mine, I entered this Culver’s establishment—ten whole minutes prior to the advertised cessation of service. One might presume, in such circumstances, to be received with a modicum of courtesy, if not outright cordiality. Alas, what greeted us was not the genteel warmth promised by Culver’s ubiquitous rhetoric of “Midwestern hospitality,” but rather a tableau of barely disguised disdain, as though our arrival had desecrated some sacred closing ritual.
The staff, with a manner at once perfunctory and palpably hostile, conveyed their displeasure not in words but in countenance: a look of weary disgust so unrestrained as to render even the simplest interaction an ordeal. The preparation of our order was performed with an aggression bordering on the theatrical, each gesture seemingly designed to broadcast the depths of their indignation. Most galling of all, my humble entreaty for ketchup—a condiment so foundational as to be nearly universal—was cavalierly disregarded. Such a failure, in so elementary a matter, betrays not a mere lapse in attention but an utter abdication of professional responsibility.
What should have been a simple, unremarkable repast devolved instead into a study in discourtesy, a veritable masterclass in how to alienate the very patrons upon whom the institution depends. Culver’s proclaims itself a beacon of conviviality and warmth; yet on this occasion, I found only indifference, derision, and a profound want of grace. I departed disheartened, my appetite unsatisfied and my regard for this location irreparably diminished.

I arrived at the establishment at precisely 9:52 p.m., mere minutes before the official cessation of service at 10:00 p.m., and placed what should have been a most uncomplicated request: a hamburger adorned solely with ketchup and onion. I departed exactly at the stroke of closing. During the entirety of my brief visit, however, the staff subjected me to a succession of disdainful glances, their demeanor imbued with an air of overt petulance and scarcely concealed hostility. The comportment of the employees could most charitably be described as discourteous and unbecoming of any establishment that purports to embody hospitality.
To exacerbate matters, the culinary product I received bore none of the requested embellishments—an omission that rendered the repast wholly unsatisfactory. The atmosphere itself was sullied by a palpable sense of neglect; the premises appeared unkempt and unsanitary, further detracting from what should have been a simple, pleasant experience.
In conclusion, I would strongly counsel any prospective patron to direct their custom toward an alternative Culver’s location, where one might reasonably hope to encounter staff of a more affable disposition and surroundings maintained with a semblance of propriety. Those who value civility, cleanliness, and basic attentiveness—consider yourselves forewarned.

I only had one time 4 years ago that the burger bun was peeling apart & tasted old. That was the only time. The cheesy pretzel bites are addicting & everything else.
